The Springboard Bonus is an exciting incentive that gives new business builders like you the chance to bank shares on the sales volume of any personally sponsored Distributor that works their way through Executive qualification during your Executive Qualification period. As soon as you achieve the Executive pin title, you are paid on the shares that you have banked

During your qualification period (LOI, Q1 and Q2), shares are banked and linked to the immediate, eligible upline, and shares are earned through each of the following:

EMEA Springboard Bonus Criteria

L1 LOI

L1 1 month fast track

To be paid in the EMEA Springboard Bonus, you need to
1) Become a new Executive
2) Have a minimum of 2,000 GSV the month you achieve the Executive pin title
3) Meet the minimum criteria of the Sales Compensation Plan and
4) Accumulate (bank) a minimum of two (2) shares during the qualification period.

 

EMEA Springboard Bonus Terms and Conditions

 

Remember, as you participate in the EMEA Springboard Bonus, the primary purpose of your business and Nu Skin is to sell high-quality products to end consumers. As part of this process, you may sponsor other Distributors in the business to build your sales organisation and train them how to retail products. However, the recruitment of other Distributors is not your primary focus, but rather an integral part of your fundamental obligation to sell products and increase the sales of products to end consumers by your downline organisation.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

 

The Programme is open to all Nu Skin Distributors that are starting their qualification on their way to reach the Executive pin title for the first time legally residing in the Nu Skin officially open markets of Europe, Middle-East and Africa region (EMEA Region). Distributors from any other markets are excluded from participation.

 

  • Only new Executives are eligible to be paid after banking a minimum of two (2) shares. The new Executive must also have a minimum of 2,000 GSV in the month they break as a new Executive.
  • Any current Executive that falls or any previous Executives that has already fallen, that submits a new LOI and receives new Executive dates can qualify to participate in the pool, as long as they never have been paid in the Springboard bonus previously.
  • In order to qualify as an Executive and therefore be paid on their banked shares, an Executive must meet the minimum bonus and sales criteria in effect at the end of each commission period as set forth by the Company, and he/she must fulfil the other Active Requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan.
  • If the immediate upline does not have a Letter of Intent (LOI) date on or before the personally sponsored LOI, the share will roll up to the next eligible LOI or Qualifying Executive. As a result, this next eligible upline LOI or Qualifying Executive will bank those shares and any and all subsequent shares should the downline LOI continue to progress through Executive Qualification, e.g. LOI> Q1> Q2.
  • Any Distributor who completes a Fast-Track Executive Qualification in one month will count as 2.5 shares for the immediate and eligible upline.
  • Any Distributor who completes a Fast-Track Executive Qualification in two months will count as 2 shares for the immediate and eligible upline.
  • Downline LOIs and Qualifying Executives can take a Grace Month in their qualification period and still be eligible to count as a share for the upline when they meet the volume requirement the month following the grace month.
  • Qualifying Distributors can only bank shares during LOI, Q1 and Q2.
  • There is no cap or limit to the amount of shares a distributor in qualification can bank in the EMEA Springboard Bonus.
  • The value of the share varies from month to month depending on the total number of shares earned, the number of participants and the total commissionable sales of the participating markets. The total percentage of commissionable sales from participating markets is divided by the shares earned to calculate the per share value. The sales are then divided by the number of shares and are paid based on the number of shares earned.
  • The EMEA Springboard Bonus is a temporary incentive and not considered a part of the Sales Compensation Plan, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice from Nu Skin.

 

DISQUALIFICATION:

Distributors with excessive product returns in their organisation will be disqualified. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes excessive returns.

Any manipulation, as determined in the sole discretion of Nu Skin, of this Programme’s qualification criteria will disqualify anyone attempting to benefit from the action. Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from this Programme, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual or distributorship for any reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions, or tampering with or manipulating the Sales Compensation Plan in violation of the Distributor Policies and Procedures either during the Programme or throughout the receiving of any bonus. Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval on all bonuses pending verification of compliance to the Programme Terms and Conditions, Nu Skin’s Distributor Policies and Procedures and to ensure that there has been no manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan. Distributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Skin and its affiliates for all losses, damages, claims, costs, fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature arising from or in connection with Distributor’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event any Sales Compensation Plan manipulation or other activity in violation of the Distributor contract becomes known after awards have already been given to a Distributor, Nu Skin reserves the right to deduct the amounts awarded from future commission payments and/or take any other action provided for under the Distributor contract with Nu Skin.
