1. How did you qualify for the Go Double Leadership Incentive?
This qualification is a good example of duplication. In fact, my indirect sponsors, Oliver and Alessandra qualified for the Go Double incentive because Adèle, my sponsor, and myself became Rubies as of April 1st, which means Adèle qualified for the Go Double as well, and 3 months later, Patricia, a direct member of my downline, became a Ruby as well, qualifying me for the Go Double incentive ! A whole line of Rubies and more, that's fantastic! Our common goal is to go deep in the lines to stabilize the team. The goal is not only to become a Ruby, but to keep the title! :-)

2. How many people did you talk to each day to get you here?
I don't know how many people I have talked to to reach this goal, but I think I can do better and more. I'm working on it.

 

3. What were your goals leading up to this achievement?
My main goal is to stabilize my Executives and help them go deep in their lines. We've got a good training system which allows motivated Executives to grow quickly and efficiently. People who can learn something new everyday will go far. They are the future leaders.

 

4. What is your next step?  What new goals have you set?
The next step? Develop as many stable Rubies as possible in the Organization as well as NTC Ambassadors. In order to do this, I have to become a NTC Ambassador myself to lead by example

 

5. What is your favorite motivational quote?
There are many quotations I like. Most of them have already been quoted by the Go Double leaders... I'll write a sentence I've read in a book, which matches my vision: "Give 100 % of what you have to reach your goal. Be ready to do what it takes no matter how long it takes. There's no excuse, no "but", no "if", no "maybe", and failure is not an option! I'll be successful, that's all! "

 

6. If you could tell others one thing to help them to achieve the Go Double Leadership Incentive, what would it be?
I'd tell them to support their team by training them and by making them autonomous and independant as fast as possible. Do not overprotect people, we're grown-ups. Help them qualify, invest your time in the right people, those who are motivated and prove it by taking action.

 

7. What do you plan to do with the $1,000?
Thanks to my bonus, I will extend my stay in the US after the Ruby Trip and the Convention in Salt Lake City. I will stay 5 more days in NY and look at the statue of LIBERTY right into the eyes! In which building should I be to see that? ;-)
