  1. If I help four of my G1 (front-line) Distributors to become Ruby Executives and each of them successfully complete a three-month consecutive maintenance period, then what do I qualify for?
a.You will receive US$4,000 (US$1,000 for each of the new Ruby Executives). In addition, both you and your four new Ruby Executives will be eligible for the Leadership Incentive trip.

  2. Do you have to be a Ruby Executive to be eligible for the US$1,000 bonus?
a.All Executives can participate in this programme regardless of pin title. However, as per the structure and rules of the Sales Compensation Plan, the minimum pin title you can have in order to become eligible for the payout is a Gold Executive.

  3. How long does the Go Double: Leadership Incentive promotion run?
a.The promotion qualification period runs from 01 October, 2010 until 31 September, 2011. During this time, new Ruby Executives will qualify for the promotion. The promotion maintenance period runs from October 2010 until December 2011.

  4. During the three-month maintenance period, must the new Rubies be paid as or titled as Ruby?
a.Yes, they must be "paid as" a Ruby.

  5. If I achieve the title of Ruby Executive before 01 October, 2010, how does that affect my eligibility to participate in this bonus/trip?
a.Only Ruby Executives who become Rubies for the first time after 01 October, 2010, will be considered as a new Ruby for the purposes of this programme and the bonus payout.

  6. Do new Ruby Executives have to be first-time Rubies, or can they be re-qualifying Rubies?
a.Re-qualifying Ruby Executives are ineligible to be counted for the purposes of this promotion. Only new Ruby Executives who become Rubies for the first time after 01 October, 2010, will be considered as a new Ruby for the purposes of this programme and the bonus payout.

  7. Do roll-up Executives count towards this promotion?
a.Roll-up Executives are eligible as long as, at the time they roll-up to your G1 (front-line); they are not and have never been titled as a Ruby Executive.

  8. Can I count referring downline Ruby Executives towards my four new Rubies?
a.No, referring ID does not apply to this promotion, only G1 (front-line) Distributors.

  9. Can the new Ruby Executive grace during the three consecutive months of holding the Ruby title?
a.No, a grace month during the three-month maintenance period is not permitted. If the new Ruby Executive does grace, then they must begin a new three-month maintenance period.

  10. If the new Ruby Executive does not complete the three-month maintenance period, is there anything that can be done to still get the bonus?
a.Yes, if the new Ruby Executive does not complete the 3 month maintenance period, then they must start over and begin a new 3 month maintenance period.  As long as they complete a 3 months consecutive maintenance period during the promotion maintenance period, from October 2010 – December 2011 then you will be eligible to be paid the bonus.

  11. Can I count on my foreign downline?
a.Any new G1 Ruby Executive created within the Americas, Europe and South Pacific (AEP) region will be considered for the purposes of this programme and the bonus payout. New Ruby Executives, including G1 Rubies, sponsored or residing outside of the AEP region are ineligible for consideration of this programme and the bonus payout.

  12. If the family member I wish to bring along is a Distributor, are they eligible to accompany me as a guest on the trip?
a.Yes, you can bring any immediate family member, even if that family member is a Distributor.

  13. Who gets to go on the trip?
a.*Those eligible for the trip include the sponsoring Distributor, his/her four new Ruby Executives and one guest each for a total of 10 people. The trip is limited to a maximum of two participants per distributorship (limited to Distributor members of any partnership named on the qualifying account or an immediate family member of a qualifying Distributor).

*Only those who, at the time of the trip, are paid as Ruby Executives will be eligible to participate in the trip. The trip is non-transferable.

  14. Do the sponsor and his/her four new Ruby Executives go on the Leadership Incentive trip together?
a.If the new Ruby Executive is on the G1 (front-line) of the sponsor, they will all go on the same Leadership Incentive trip together. In case that the new Ruby Executive has rolled up past the sponsor, as per the rules of the Sales Compensation Plan, then the sponsor may not be on the same Leadership Incentive trip.

  15. Is there a limit to the number of Leadership Incentive trips for which a person can qualify?
a.Yes, the sponsoring Distributor will be eligible for only one trip. In the event that the sponsoring Distributor successfully creates eight or 12 new Ruby Executives, one trip will be planned for the entire group.

  16. Is the Leadership Incentive trip different from the Ruby Trip?
a.Yes, this is a separate trip, different from the corporate Ruby Trip.

  17. Is the Leadership Incentive trip exclusive for each group of qualifiers?
a.This has yet to be determined. The decision will be based on the final number of qualifiers and the logistical limitations of the trip location. We will update this as more details become available near the end of the contest.

  18. How do I qualify for the Leadership Incentive trip?
    A. There are two ways to qualify for the Leadership Incentive trip.

    i. Titled as a Ruby Executive or higher before October 2010:
If you were a Ruby or higher level Executive before 01 October, 2010, then you must help four of your G1 (front-line) Distributors to achieve the Ruby Executive pin title during the promotion period. You must also help each of them to complete the three-month maintenance period.
ii. Never before titled as a Ruby Executive:
If you have never been a Ruby Executive, then you can qualify for the trip by helping four of your G1 (front-line) Distributors to achieve the Ruby Executive pin title during the promotion period. Both you and each of your new downline Ruby Executives must complete the three-month maintenance period.
iii. Or, you can become one of four new Ruby Executives to your upline Executive.

  19. What if one of my Rubies cannot attend the Leadership Incentive trip? Can I invite someone else to take their place?
a.The Leadership Incentive trip is non-deferrable and non-transferable.

  20. What is the duration of the Leadership Incentive trip?
a.This has yet to be finalised. We will update this as more details become available.

  21. Will there be specific dates for the Leadership Incentive trip?
a.The specific dates have yet to be determined. The decision will be based on the final number of qualifiers and the logistical limitations of the Leadership Incentive location. We will update this as more details become available.

  22. What is the location of the Leadership Incentive trip?
a.*For North America market qualifiers, the Leadership Incentive trip will be to a luxury resort in Costa Rica. Resort determinations and details will be decided at a later time. We will update this as more details become available.
*For EMEA qualifiers, the Leadership Incentive trip will be to South Africa. We will update this as more details become available.

  23. What happens if I sponsor six new Rubies?
a.For all your new Ruby Executives to be eligible for the Leadership Incentive trip, you must create Rubies in multiples of four. In case that you sponsor between five and seven new Ruby Executives, the first four new Rubies to complete the maintenance period will be eligible for the Leadership Incentive trip.

  24. What happens if multiple accounts qualify to create the "fourth" Ruby account in the same period?  Who qualifies to go on the Leadership Incentive trip?
    a.Example:   Upline account UK1234567 creates 5 qualified Ruby Executives (A – E)
    1. Ruby A qualifies in December 2010
    2. Ruby B qualifies in March 2011
    3. Ruby C qualifies in April 2011
    4. Ruby D qualifies in August 2011
    5. Ruby E qualifies in August 2011

  25. Since Ruby D and E both qualified in the same month, August 2010, and are the 'fourth' account, which one should qualify?

In this situation, we will use this sequence of tie breaker to determine who will qualify for the Leadership Incentive trip: Exec date, LOI date, then Application date.

  26. What happens if I have 4 new Rubies, 2 of which are located in the United States and 2 in Europe (or another market within the Americas, Europe and South Pacific Region)? Which trip will we go on? Will all 4 Rubies go on the same trip?
    a. In this situation, the qualifying group (all 4 new Rubies) will accompany the upline sponsor on the Leadership Incentive. The destination of the trip is determined by the upline ID. For example, in this scenario, if the sponsor of the new Ruby Executives is from the United States and registered as a US ID, the entire group will go to Costa Rica.

  27. What is the minimum pin title an Executive can be to participate in the Leadership Incentive trip?
    a. Each qualifier must be titled and paid as a Ruby Executive at the time the Leadership Incentive trip is scheduled, as well as, at the time the trip takes place in order to participate in the trip.

  28. Following the 3 month maintenance period, can the new Ruby Executive fall to a lower pin title and still be eligible for the Leadership Incentive trip?
a.*Yes, the new Ruby Executive can fall back as far as Lapis Executive before the trip without being penalised.
*If the new Ruby Executive falls back to Gold level or lower, they will be permanently ineligible for the Leadership Incentive trip with that qualifying group.

  29. If I fail to maintain the Ruby title after the three-month maintenance period, does it disqualify my entire team, upline, and/or side Rubies, from the Leadership Incentive trip?
a.No, once you have met the three-month maintenance period, any drop in pin level does not affect the others qualification for the Leadership Incentive trip.
