At Nu Skin, our mission is to empower people to improve lives everywhere. This commitment is more important now than ever. We have taken active steps over the past several months to help protect customers, affiliates and representatives, employees, and their families. We have closely followed the advice of local governments and the World Health Organisation (WHO) to help ensure the safety of our staff and their families and have successfully enabled a substantial part of our team to work remotely, providing full business continuity across different locations.



Protecting Customers


Our supply chain continues to operate as best as we can, and we are conducting even more rigorous cleaning and sanitisation procedures in all our manufacturing and shipping facilities.


The WHO believes the likelihood of contaminating commercial goods is low, as is the chance of being infected through contact with a package that has travelled and been exposed to different conditions and temperatures. Still, we know it's only natural to be concerned by the unknown. That's why our warehouse employees wear protective gloves at all times and have easy access to sanitisation stations, helping to provide some peace of mind for both our team and our customers.


Empowering Affiliates and Representatives


We adapt quickly to each situation to the best of our abilities and try  to provide as many shipping solutions as possible.


With the uncertainty of the situation in many countries, we understand that our customers need as many options as we can possibly give them. To help make their choices easier and minimise any impact on their Nu Skin experience, we may adjust the shipping rates for some markets based on the situation in the country. Employee Safety


We are fully committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. The ongoing situation of those employees who cannot work from home, such as those working in functions like manufacturing, is monitored daily, with their wellbeing a constant priority.


We have strengthened guidelines and communications regarding hygiene practices and have added access  to hand sanitiser stations throughout our facilities. In addition, we have implemented social distancing practices within the workplace and increased cleaning and sanitisation throughout our facilities. Finally, all non-essential employee travel has been suspended, and we are using digital resources to hold meetings and run the business.



With additional COVID-19 regulations put into place by governments around the world, it is highly likely that the new measures we must follow will have an unavoidable impact on productivity, leading to potential delays in shipping and changes in shipping options. Please know that we are doing all we can to limit these delays so we can fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. It is not known at this time how long these restrictions will remain in place.
