My Success Trip Story
For me, qualifying for the Shanghai Success Trip represents much more than just a trip. It is the tangible symbol of the journey we are building every day, not only in the business but also in my personal life.
This qualification is having a very positive impact on our business because it gives us an even clearer direction. Having such an important goal encourages us to work with more focus, more discipline, and above all greater consistency. Every month becomes a challenge to grow, improve, and help more and more people in our team achieve their own results. It’s not just about getting to Shanghai, but about becoming a better version of ourselves along the way.
For me, experiences like this also have enormous value in terms of vision. Being able to experience up close the scale of an international company, meet other leaders, and share ideas and strategies is something that can truly support the development of our business. I am convinced that seeing all of this help me bring back valuable learnings to share with our team. For this reason, I can’t wait to leave together with my partner and my daughter, so we can be a source of inspiration for our team.
In the end, Shanghai is not a destination for me, but a milestone in this journey. It is the result of having a clear vision, working consistently, and building together, you can achieve your goal. And this is only the beginning of the path we want to build in the coming years.
