Other than being involved actively in community projects with children, Nu Skin recognizes that climate change is real, and is committed to environmental initiatives to raise awareness on how carbon emissions threatens human health and the environment and reducing their environmental footprint.
Internally, Nu Skin’s Go Green Pledge and initiatives is to take small green steps and strongly believe that everyone can all contribute to help the environment and at Nu Skin, they initiated programs such as “Bring your Own Bag Day”, “Recycle your Used Bottles”, and also various joint efforts with Singapore Environment Council (SEC) such as paper making activity and internal employees’ program known as the Green P.E.A.R Champion Program to go paperless, save energy, improve air quality, reduce, reuse and recycle.

BRING YOUR OWN BAG INITIATIVE (2008 - Current)
Every Wednesday is Bring Your Own Bag Day where proceeds of sales of bag will go to Force For Good Foundation and Singapore Environment Council.
In Malaysia, Nu Skin has launched several environmental initiatives such as the recycling of g3 glass bottles and the encouragement of shopping with their own environmentally friendly bag every Wednesday.
Distributors can recycle their g3 glass bottles by simply bringing the bottles to our Kuala Lumpur showcase center. All they have to do is drop off their used g3 bottles at the pick-up area for recycling. It’s that easy.
Every Wednesday, distributors can cut down the usage of paper or plastic bags by using their very own eco-friendly bags. In that way, the chances of carting plastic or paper bags are greatly reduced and we help preserve Mother Nature.
