2019 PACIFIC SUCCESS TRIP Croatia (“TRIP”) April 20TH TO 25TH 2019 - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for any pin level, you must meet all requirements of the Velocity by Nu Skin™ (as and where applicable), including retail sales. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses and commissions are paid only when qualifying products are shipped or delivered to you. Participants who have satisfied the qualification criteria as set out below between 1 July 2018 – 31 December 2018 will be eligible to participate in the Trip (“Qualifier”).

 

New Success trip qualifiers

Open to all NEW Brand Representative to Presidential Director title from 1 July 2018 – 31 December 2018 within the Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia).

New Brand Representative and New Gold Partner:

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Brand Representative and new Gold Partner must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Brand Representative and new Gold Partner must accumulate 40,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 10,000 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Brand Representative or new Gold Partner must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

New Lapis Partner and New Ruby Partner

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Lapis Partner and new Ruby Partner must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Lapis Partner and new Ruby Partner must accumulate 50,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 12,500 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Lapis Partner or new Ruby Partner must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

New Emerald Director

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Emerald Director must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Emerald Director must accumulate 80,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 20,000 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Emerald Director must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

New Diamond Director

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Diamond Director must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Diamond Director must accumulate 160,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 40,000 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Diamond Director must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

New Blue Diamond Director

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Blue Diamond Director must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Blue Diamond Director must accumulate 280,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 70,000 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Blue Diamond Director must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

New Presidential Director

In order to qualify for the Trip, new Presidential Director must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title. During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Presidential Director must accumulate 440,000 Organisational Volume with a monthly minimum of 110,000 Organisation Volume (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative). The new Presidential Director must not fall below the title they use to qualify during any time from the 1st month they begin the qualifying four (4) months maintenance period until 31 December 2018.

Minimum GSV (Group Sales Volume) during qualification

During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Brand Representative through Presidential Director must maintain a minimum of 3000GSV (6 building blocks) every month on their own account and each of their first generation (G1) Brand Representative must maintain a minimum of 2000GSV (4 building blocks) every month. If one of their first generation (G1) Brand Representative do not have a minimum of 2000 GSV (4 building blocks, they need at least 1 downline Brand Representative with 2000 GSV (4 building blocks in their organization to be counted for pin title qualification.

Multiple pin title advancements during 1 success trip qualification period:

 

If you advance more than one (1) pin title during the success trip qualification period, it will be counted for future success trips, you simply need to maintain your highest pin title in the future. For example, if you advance as Lapis Partner, Ruby Partner, Emerald Director between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2018, you will earn one (1) trip as Lapis Partner, one (1) trip as Ruby Partner and one (1) trip as Emerald Director if you maintain Emerald Director for the future success trips. We are recognizing the fast growth. This only applies to future success trips, it does not apply for multiple pin title advancements during the South Africa qualification period.

Early Qualification:

We are counting June as your first month to potentially qualify if you did not use June to qualify for the previous success trip. You will need to ask your account managers to be able to use this early qualification.

 

Previous success trip qualifiers (Ever been)

·       Ever been Brand Representative through Presidential Director may also participate in the Trip by advancing their highest pin title compared to the previous Trip they qualified for as detailed below:

You must complete a four (4) months (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period between 1 July 2017 and 31 December 2018 as the newly advance Pin Title.

-        If you have been to a success trip before as a Brand Representative, Gold Partner or Lapis Partner, you will need to qualify as a new Ruby Partner as described above.

-        If you have been to a success trip before as a Ruby Partner, you will need to qualify as a new Emerald Director as described above.

-        If you have been to a success trip before as an Emerald Director, you will need to qualify as a new Diamond Director or grow your organization volume OV at the time of your last success trip qualification by 50% (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative).

-        If you have been to a success trip before as a Diamond Director, you will need to qualify as a new Blue Diamond Director or grow your organization volume OV at the time of your last success trip qualification by 40% (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative).

-        If you have been to a success trip before as a Blue Diamond Director, you will need to qualify as a new Presidential Director or grow your organization volume OV at the time of your last success trip qualification by 30% (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative).

-        If you have been to a success trip before as a Presidential Director, you will need to qualify as a Presidential Director and grow your organization volume OV at the time of your last success trip qualification by 20% (This is your paid as volumes: personal Group Sales Volume (GSV) plus your paid as title volume from your breakaway Brand Representative) or have 5 unencumbered qualifiers to the success trip in your G1-G6.

Minimum GSV (Group Sales Volume) during qualification

During these qualifying four (4) months maintenance period the new Brand Representative through Presidential Director must maintain a minimum of 3000GSV (6 building blocks) every month on their own account and each of their first generation (G1) Brand Representative must maintain a minimum of 2000GSV (4 building blocks) every month. If one of their first generation (G1) Brand Representative do not have a minimum of 2000 GSV (4 building blocks, they need at least 1 downline Brand Representative with 2000 GSV (4 building blocks in their organization to be counted for pin title qualification.

General Terms and Conditions

·       Pin Title advancement as a result of roll up will not count toward the qualifications.

·       Any pin title advancement that is the result of an account merger will disqualify you from that particular Trip, i.e. if 2 accounts merge to create a Gold Partner, the merged account would be disqualified from the new Gold Partner advancements but could qualify for the Trip as a new Ruby Partner, new Emerald Director, new Diamond Director and Blue Diamond Director advancements subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Trip.

·         The Trip is limited to two participants per Brand Affiliate Account limited to Brand Affiliates who are named on the qualifying account on or prior to the qualification period if more than two people from a Brand Affiliate Account elect to participate, all additional costs will be at personal expense of the qualified participant.

-Eligibility of children and immediate family members to attend the trip may vary from year to year depending on destination. Where there is only one person in a Brand Affiliate Account, a family member (non-Brand Representative /non-Brand Affiliate or non-Brand Representative) may attend as the Brand Affiliate Account second guest. A family member is defined as an immediate family member, i.e. spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, brother or sister.  In such case, the terms and conditions set out herein (where applicable) shall also apply to the immediate family member concerned.

·       Brand Representatives with excessive returns of products in their organisation may be

disqualified for the Trip. Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises New Zealand, Inc. (collectively “Nu Skin Pacific”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes excessive returns. If there are any excessive returns in the twelve (12) months following the Trip that would have affected pin level and qualification for the Trip, then the Brand Representative /Brand Affiliate agrees to reimburse the Nu Skin Pacific for the cost of the Trip and any other recognition events, including but not limited to air fare, hotel accommodation, meals, transportation costs, local group tours and other miscellaneous fees.

·       Brand Affiliates must not be in breach of Section 6.5, Chapter 2 of the Policies & Procedures. Any indication of manipulation regarding the qualification criteria will disqualify any Brand Representative and above attempting to benefit from the action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on down line accounts.

·       No substitutes or cash equivalents will be awarded. The Trip is non-transferable. Trip cancellation by Qualifiers and/or their guests after official confirmation may incur costs to the Brand Representative /Brand Affiliate Account.

·       Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to amend any of the Term and Conditions herein without prior notice.

Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Trip.

·       Nu Skin Pacific has the final decision in the event of any disputes regarding any of the Terms and Conditions and Additional Rules.

•         These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales or New Zealand, where ever the Qualifier is located.

 

Additional Rules:

 

·       Only new or ever been qualifiers Brand Representative through Presidential Directors from markets within the Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia) will be eligible to participate in the Trip.

·       To be eligible to participate in Trip, G1 Brand Representative of the qualifiers for the qualification towards Trip have to be within Pacific Region (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia).

·       Nu Skin Pacific will allocate a flight allowance for return economy class flights to Croatia based on quotes from our choice of airline to arrive and depart for the dates of the trip from the closest capital city airport from the Qualifier’s registered mailing address (“Flight Allowance”). Nu Skin Pacific will inform the Qualifier of the amount of Flight Allowance at the time qualification is met and Qualifiers will be required to make their own flight bookings. Upon booking and paying for the flights, Qualifier shall submit a copy of the receipts to Nu Skin Pacific no later than 31 February 2019 and Nu Skin Pacific will reimburse the Qualifier the actual amount paid, up to the maximum amount of the Flight Allowance. The reimbursement will be paid together with the Qualifier’s monthly commission in the following month after Nu Skin Pacific receives and approves the copy of the receipt.  Any airline, location or date changes are at the Qualifier’s expense and subject to Nu Skin Pacific’s prior approval.

·               If for whatever reason the Qualifier did not attend the Trip, the Qualifier agrees and hereby irrevocably authorise Nu Skin Pacific to recoup the Flight Allowance (if already paid), hotel accommodation, local airport transfers and/or such other costs and expenses incurred by the Qualifier’s Brand Representative / Brand Affiliate Account  by deducting commission from the Qualifier’s Brand Representative account any time, or by issuing a debit note to the Qualifier for his/her settlement, or by any other means which Nu Skin deems appropriate.

·       To participate in the Trip, all Qualifiers and their guests MUST have their travel visas (if required) 3 weeks prior to the departure. Qualifiers and their guests are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Trip

·       If more than two people from a Brand Representative/Brand Affiliate Account and/or eligible children elect to participate, all additional costs will be a personal expense of the Qualifier. Confirmation of the Qualifier’s guest’s participation MUST BE made in writing to the Company no less than six (6) weeks (5th February 2019) prior to the commencement of the Trip.  Full payment for these guests MUST BE made no less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the 2019 Success Trip. If written confirmation is not made by 5th February 2019 and payment is not made by 2nd April 2019, then Nu Skin would cancel all prior reservations made for the Qualifier’s guests and Nu Skin will not entertain any requests for extension for payment.

·       Nu Skin Pacific will pay for the costs of airfare, hotel, Nu Skin-organised group ground transportation, some meals and some amenities. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the Qualifiers.

·       Nu Skin Pacific and its affiliates (collectively “Nu Skin”) reserve the right to withhold final approval on all Qualifiers pending verification of compliance to the Terms and Conditions of Trip. Participants must be Brand Representative in good standing with Nu Skin during the qualification period. Brand Representative found in non-compliance with the Brand Representative contract during the qualification period may not participate.

 

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

·       A six (6) day/ five (5) night trip for two (2) persons per Brand Representative /Brand Affiliate Account.

·       Roundtrip airfare to Croatia and ground transportation to and from hotel in Croatia and all organised activities for a maximum of two persons per Brand Representative account/Brand Affiliate account. Please note - complimentary round-trip transportation to and from hotel in Croatia will be available ONLY on the 20th and 25th of April. Any transfers outside of these dates will be the responsibility of the Brand Representative at their own cost.

·       Additional rooms may be arranged based on availability and at the expense of the Qualifier.

·       All meals indicated on the itinerary.

·       All baggage handling if provided at the hotel.

·       All hotel taxes and gratuities.

·       Group activities as indicated on itinerary.

 

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED THAT BRAND REPRESENTATIVE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR?

·       Any “free-time” activities or “optional” suggestions or tours, phone calls, laundry and any other hotel incidentals.

·       Transportation to and from any events you choose to participate in other than what is included on the itinerary. We are not responsible for arranging transportation or transporting Qualifiers and their guests to any outside events, including fly-ins.

·       Transportation to and from hotel if arrival and/or departure dates/times are different from those indicated on itinerary.

·       Meals not shown on itinerary or indicated “at leisure”.

·       Any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included.

·       Applicable state, federal and local taxes.

·       Travel Insurance is not included in the Trip. Qualifiers will need to make own arrangement if needed.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

·       If you cannot travel on dates specified, your participation in the Trip will be forfeited. You must attend the specific Trip you have qualified for.

·       Taxes – You will be responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and any additional charges.

·       Cancellation Policy – Once you have registered for the trip and airfare is booked, any cancellations could forfeit your chance to participate in any future Trip experience.

·       Cancellation of Activity – You may not change your selection of activity. If you choose to participate in another activity, you will be responsible for the full expense of that activity regardless of whether or not you participated in the originally selected activity.

·       Anyone who decides to participate in a Trip activity will be required to sign a waiver. You may not participate in the activity until Nu Skin’s representative has received signed waivers from you and your guest.

·       You hereby agree, by accepting this Trip, to release Nu Skin Pacific and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, and employees from all liabilities of every kind, including personal injury, death and property damage arising from the acceptance of the Trip and participation in it.

·       You hereby agree, by accepting this Trip, to give Nu Skin the absolute right and permission, with respect to the photographs, film and/or tape that it has taken of you and your guest on the Trip. In addition, you agree to give Nu Skin the right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish (with no limitations on times used) the same in whole or part, with intentional or unintentional alterations, without limitations as to optical or audio effect, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or images, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade.
