“Nu Skin is not only our business, it’s also our life.”

Shay Rachbski made the long trip from his home in Tel Aviv, Israel to America’s Las Vegas for the October Blue Diamond Trip.


But the jet lag and the exhaustion were worth the chance to celebrate with other Nu Skin distributors who had reached the Blue Diamond pin title.


For Shay though, the Blue Diamond trip isn’t the end goal. He has dreams of much bigger success and recognition in the Nu Skin business.


“The Blue Diamond trip is one of the achievements that I point to this year,” she said. “And in the next three years I hope to participate in the Team Elite trip.”


The recognition trips along with many other reasons make up Shay’s reasoning for why he is involved in and sees so much good in the Nu Skin opportunity.


“We have a plan for year after year what we’re planning to do in the business,” he said.


Shay’s desire to have a plan and to gain success while still being able to help other people is what initially drew his attention to the Nu Skin opportunity.


“I think that I was looking for a business for a long time and each time I looked I understood that if you want to claim more and achieve more, you need to push other people,” he said.


But with the Nu Skin opportunity, Shay realized that he could be involved in a business and be successful, but still be able to provide help and assistance to other people.


“I understood that in this opportunity, you cannot succeed if you’re not helping other people to succeed,” he said. “I love this way because there is no one that succeeded at Nu Skin that did not help other people to succeed, and I think that’s a great way to not only work in business, but also to live.”


Shay points to his persistence and his will to succeed as a key to success. He feels that, along with persistence, one needs to rely on honesty to succeed and flourish in the Nu Skin business opportunity.


“I think it’s also very important, if you want to build a strong business, to be honest,” he said. “Be honest with yourself, be honest with your people, and be honest with people that you want to share the opportunity with.”


Nu Skin’s attention to honesty and integrity are what lead many distributors to its business and what lead many distributors, including Shay, to view Nu Skin as not just work.


“Nu Skin is not only our business, it’s also our life,” he said.
