Gary DeRitter & Ed & Britta DeRitter
Brothers Ed and Gary DeRitter have a long history of teaming up to build successful businesses. They have been partners for more than 30 years, first in the computer industry, then with another network marketing company for 16 years. In 2007 they joined Nu Skin, initially to create financial freedom; however, this “why” has evolved to also include time freedom and to use the Nu Skin business model to maximize their potential and help others do the same.
When Ed and Gary left their other business to start Nu Skin, they “burned the boats” behind them which meant they needed to build quickly to reach their financial goals. They believe their 16 years of previous experience in the industry was a real plus to them in growing their team, but they also credit their upline leaders Paige Riffle, Lon Wardrop and Dan McCormick for their consistent support. Ed and Gary were also impressed with the help they received from their sideline leaders. “This made us feel, right from the beginning of our Nu Skin journey, that we had chosen the right company and that the values and the culture were exactly what we were looking for,” say the brothers.
The DeRitters consistently perform actions that help them build and support their team. They travel and hold many conference calls, three-way calls and webinars. “We present a balance of the business model with a strong emphasis on the extraordinary product line, and in particular, the ageLOC brand,” they say. They feel privileged to be considered leaders in what they feel is, by far, the finest company in the world. They are very grateful for the life Nu Skin has given them and their families, and they give back to others by participating as Nourish the Children Ambassadors and by supporting Force for Good projects in Alberta, Canada.
