Prior to joining Nu Skin, Kang Min and Elizabeth Yi operated a retail women’s clothing store for 15 years. When they were introduced to Nu Skin’s business model, they saw the potential to create freedom better life, and they were confident they could reach this goal. Now, however, this view has broadened and they see their Nu Skin business as a way to give them time flexibility so they can be with their sons as much as they like, as well as enjoy their success with many others.

Aligning their goals and actions with the company has also played a pivotal role in the couple’s success. “We lead by training our team to retail the products, joining systems and making sure we’re going in one direction with the company,” they say. They have also learned that leadership means having initiative, humility and sacrifice, and that success requires honesty, integrity and a positive attitude. Kang Min and Elizabeth feel their Nu Skin business has helped them to be more patient and caring individuals, and they act as a force for good by supporting their church and nonprofit organizations dear to their hearts.
