Sean & Cherrie Brady

     

 

Sean and Cherrie Brady’s journey as Nu Skin distributors hasn’t always been easy, but it is a path they would travel all over again to live the life they now enjoy. After finishing school in Australia, Sean went straight to work, eventually owning a successful business in the furniture and interior design industries. He soon realized that being an employer was not for him. At age 24 he created a list of goals: 1) To earn a good income 2) To have no employees or overhead, and 3) To have more flexibility to take time off when he wanted. Five years later he was introduced to Nu Skin, and he knew immediately that if he worked hard the company could help him achieve those goals.

 

Cherrie was a stay-at-home mom in the United States for 10 years with a pre-med background and stint as a water chemist. A friend sent her a Nu Skin product package in 1990, and when people started noticing the results, she and her friends sold the products with tremendous success. Cherrie then saw the business potential. Cherrie and Sean met at a Nu Skin meeting in 1990, eventually married and settled in Montana, and together built their successful organization of customers and distributors. Frustrations were not uncommon—Sean remembers the night in Asia when he could not afford a $10 room at the local YMCA. “That was a very harsh thing to go through, but I remembered the commitment I made when I first joined—to do whatever it takes to be successful, no matter what,” he says. This commitment continues with the Bradys, who believe there is no such thing as an ordinary person. “All of us are capable of great things, we just need an avenue to get us there,” they say.
