Statement of Approval

My agreement hereby agrees and grants permission to Nu Skin together with its parent company, affiliated companies, and related agencies and all its agents, directors and employees (together, "Nu Skin Group") reserves the right to, at any time, use my name, photographs, professional ratings, affiliations and statements (including but not limited to these Testimonials) relating to the sharing of my experience in using Nu Skin and Pharmanex products for any purpose set forth in the Company's Policies & Regulations, the Company's Personal Data Protection Notice, and all its forms, in the form of video publications, VCDs, DVDs, Nu Skin Group magazines, websites, and other printed and audio visual materials.

I agree to the permission of all rights and benefits obtained by Nu Skin Group in this case applicable worldwide. To avoid hesitation, I waive my rights to Nu Skin Group from and for all legal action that may arise or result from the use of my name, photographs, professional ratings, affiliations, and statements (including but not limited to these Testimonials).

I release, release and will not sue Nu Skin Group for all liabilities arising as a result of any third party claims or claims, including incidental costs, relating to the use of Testimonials. I understand that consent given to a Statement of Consent ("Letter") may be revoked in writing at any time, except in the event that it has been included in this agreement.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is open only for Nu Skin Singapore Brand Affiliate from February 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022
2. Participants must have completed the ageLOC TR90 program for 90 days
3. Participants must complete the registration form on nu Skin Singapore website (www.nuskin.com.sg). Participants with incomplete or incorrect data will be considered void
4. Weight and body fat analysis data for "before" and "after" taken in accordance with the results listed on the omron device
5. The information provided must be true and accurate
6. Prizes earned cannot be exchanged or cashed and do not earn PSV or CSV points
7. By participating in the ageLOC TR90 superstar challenge, you agree and give your consent that Nu Skin Indonesia may collect, use, process, and disclose all of your data such as photos, names, ages, profiles, and other data or personal information provided to Nu Skin when you register for administrative purposes in connection with the competition, and to promote Nu Skin's business or products at any time in the future without compensation to you and for all purposes set out in the Nu Skin Personal Data Protection Notice and Section 2 of Chapter 1 of the Nu Skin Policies and Procedures.
8. You agree that your participation and any information submitted by you must be personal and specifically related to you. You hereby warrant that your participation and all information you submit will not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or other rights or interests of any third party, and will not contain anything defamatory, indecent, harassing, sara or threatening. If Nu Skin has reason to believe that your participation photo is not your own work or violates the Terms and Conditions of this competition, Nu Skin may, in its sole discretion, refuse and disqualify it without giving a reason.
9. Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify or cancel winners who are found to have violated company policies and procedures.
10. Nu Skin reserves the right to terminate or suspend this competition and/or change the terms and conditions of this competition at any time without prior notice.
11. Nu Skin reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of comparable value at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
12. If there is a dispute related to this contest then, Nu Skin's decision is final and binding
