Before joining Nu Skin, I worked 36 hours a week in an office, but I did so without any enthusiasm. I was just a “normal” person, going to work, coming home, watching television, going to bed, waking up the next day and starting it all over again. I wasn’t happy, I never liked to work for someone else. Having free time to spend with my family and friends were rare and I couldn’t see any future with this kind of life.

My first feelings about Nu Skin was immediately very positive, I had no idea what it was about, but I knew I wanted to do it. Since that moment, I started working 24 hours a day because I knew it was the job for me. What first impressed me about Nu Skin was the compensation plan. I directly saw the freedom I could have by applying it and the possibility to help other people reach the same freedom. Being used to an unfriendly environment at my work, imagine my surprise when I went to my first event and met very nice and kind people no matter how high their pin title.

My family is not that big, but they are spread out around the world and ever since I was young my dream has been to have a huge house where we can all gather together. But my dream is not only to get them reunited but to also give them everything they have always wanted. My success and happiness go through them and making them happy makes me feel successful and motivates me to go further and want more.

My biggest motivation has always been freedom. As soon as I discovered Nu Skin, I saw it and while starting and developing the business, I began to understand the potential I had in my hands. The more I worked, the more I was successful, the more I was free, the more I wanted to work. The Nu Skin business has changed me from top to bottom. My life has changed, I wake up in the morning happy, I do what makes me happy, I have time to spend with my family and friends. And personally, I’m continuously growing, learning and challenging myself by reaching goals I couldn’t even imagine before by stepping out of my comfort zone. My most memorable experience was my first Success Trip in Utah in 2018, I have been able to experience things that I would never have thought I could before. The fact that I could share this amazing trip with other leaders from many different countries, hear their stories, visit the company and meet Sandie Tillotson was an experience that I will never forget.

A goal is a dream that becomes reality, to realise it you need a clear plan and vision of it. That’s why it’s so important to not only write it down on paper but to also illustrate it by adding images, drawings and pictures to make it as realistic and as personal as possible. A precise action plan is necessary to keep your business growing, constant recruiting, a good follow up with your team, giving all the training they need and recognising them for every step they reach will make the business grow continuously.

If you want to succeed you need to keep your primary goal in focus every day and it’s not the easiest thing to do. From my side, I’ve always reminded myself of the life I had and how unhappy I was before joining Nu Skin. Thanks to this image, I managed to always turn the negative into positive and to get out of my comfort zone and achieve higher goals.

Leading by example is very important, that’s why I have a plan with different steps to ensure a good evolution of the team. Every week, I organise life trainings so that I can provide them with the best knowledge and tools they need to develop their business, in order to recognise and motivate the team they have the opportunity to give the trainings so that they learn and get out of their comfort zone. Once a month, I ring my team to set goals and to do follow-up, thanks to this I can easily spot the people who are has a positive vibe and encourage them to continue that way or those that are facing challenges so I can try to help them to change that negative energy into a positive one.

Thanks to Nu Skin, the sentence “if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together” has taken new meaning and this is just the beginning…
