March 2019 NU SKIN Innovation Trip (“NSIT”) Qualification Rule

Qualification Period:July 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018

 

Date of NU SKIN Innovation Trip:March 2019 (Dates to be confirmed)

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

I.           If a brand affiliate who maintains as a real1 Senior Brand Partner (or below) in June 2018

 

1.     achieves GSV 5,000 for a minimum of any 4 months during the qualification period; or

 

2.     has a new star qualified within the qualification period2;

 

if the brand affiliate meets any one of the two requirements above, two participants from the same brand affiliate account are entitled to attend the NSIT with complementary accommodation fee and other travel fees during the NSIT, and each participant is entitled to transportation allowance of HKD 1,500.  

II.           If a brand affiliate maintains as a real1 Executive Brand Partner (or above) in June

1.     Two participants from the brand affiliate account are entitled to attend the NSIT if brand affiliate maintains as an Executive Brand Partner (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the qualification period, and also has a downline brand representative qualified the NSIT within his/her paid generation*. Transportation fee, accommodation fee and other travel fees during the NSIT should be afforded by the qualifiers themselves.

 

* Calculation is based on the paid generation in June 2018

 

2.     Two participants from the brand affiliate account are entitled to attend the NSIT if brand affiliate has a new star qualified within the qualification period. Each of the participants in the same brand affiliate account is entitled to transportation allowance of HKD 1,500 and complimentary accommodation fee and other travel fees during the NSIT.

 

III.           Special plan (only for March 2019 NSIT)

 

If a brand affiliate who is a real1 Executive Brand Partner (or above) in June maintains as an Executive Brand Partner (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the qualification period, and has a minimum of 20,000 Organizational Sales Volume from his/her Group Sales Volume plus G1-G6 sales volume each month during the 4 months maintaining as an Executive Brand Partner (or above) pin title, two participants from the same brand affiliate account are entitled to attend the NSIT. Transportation fee should be afforded by the qualifiers themselves but they will be offered complimentary accommodation fee and other travel fees during the NSIT.

 

Attendance Rules

 

In addition to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements of qualification, qualifiers who intend to attend NSIT must remain the pin title as brand representative or above in January 2019.

 

Remarks

 

1.     Real Title

 

Distributor under Wealth Maximizer Plan cannot use grace month as qualified month for real title. If the first generation of the qualifier is a PEXEC or DEXEC, there must be at least one downline breakaway executive or above (regardless of generations) in order to be counted as a qualified G1 executive and the distributor is thus recognized as Real Title.

 

2.     New Star is a brand affiliate who maintains as a real Executive Brand Partner1 (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months for the first time within 12 consecutive months. The Qualification Month for the New Star is the 4th month that the New Star has maintained as a real1 Executive Brand Partner (or above) within a 12-month rolling period.

 

3.     Distributor under Sales Compensation Plan cannot use grace month as qualified month for brand representative or above.

 

4.     All the qualifiers will be arranged to attend the March 2019 NSIT after their fulfilment of qualifications. Those who do not attend are deemed to waive their right to attend which cannot be postponed to the later NSIT.

 

5.     NU SKIN reserves the right to recoup the recognition received by the said qualifier or an amount equivalent to the recognition if any of the following occurs:

 

1) If the qualifier no longer satisfies the requirements for recognition following a product return after deducting sales volumes of the returned products; or

 

2) If the qualifier violates NU SKIN’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations.

 

6.     NU SKIN reserves the right to make changes, interpretation and decision regarding any matters of these Qualification Rules.

 

7.     In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Qualification Rules and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

** To qualify for any pin level you must meet all the requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. Not all brand affiliates succeed or make money. Generating meaningful compensation as a brand affiliate requires considerable time, effort, and commitment.
