Qualification Rules for Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus 1+100(“CSELB 1+100”)

Qualification Period:

Phase I: 2014 – 2018

Phase II: 2019 – 2021

 

Qualification Baseline Month:

Phase I: April 2014*

* The number of qualified downline Executives in April 2014 is calculated based on the paid generation in December 2013.

Phase II: December 2018

 

Computation Month: June and December of every year

 

Qualification Method:

1.     Centurial: the CSELB 1+100 qualifier develops 100 incremental qualified downline Executives within the paid generations during the Qualification Period; and

2.     Star: the CSELB 1+100 qualifier develops at least one incremental G1 New Star.

 

Qualification Rules:

1.     The Company reserves the right of interpretation of these Qualification Rules, including but not limited to defined terms.

2.     These Qualification Rules will take effect from July 12, 2017.

3.     During the Qualification Period, (1) if the Distributor no longer satisfies the requirements of qualification (including but not limited to disqualification arising from a product return); or (2) if the Distributor violates these Qualification Rules (including but not limited to manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan), the Company’s Policies and Procedures and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the Distributor and claw back CSELB 1+100 bonus received by the Distributor. The Company may take corresponding actions against the Distributor in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

4.     The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of Distributor accounts and their related volume. Any Distributor account that was established in violation of the requirements set forth in the Sales Compensation Plan will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action. Participants may not buy or encourage others to buy additional products to advance or maintain a sales leader title and the Company may disregard any Distributor account that is meeting requirements by purchasing large volumes of products, unless the Distributor can establish that they are reselling products in excess of the amount of product that is reasonable for personal consumption.

5.     The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate these Qualification Rules at any time based on performance, participation or other factors, at the Company’s sole discretion.

6.     In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Qualification Rules and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

*To qualify for any pin level you must meet all the requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. Not all distributors succeed or make money. Qualification Rules for Centurial Star Expedition Leadership Bonus – Team Elite Bonus (“CSELB-TE”)

When reaching Greater China revenue target in Phase I and Phase II, Distributors who meet the requirements of below Qualification Rules are entitled to receive CSELB-TE bonus:

 

Greater China Revenue Target:

Phase I: reaching USD 1.5 billion in 2018 or in the year Greater China revenue reaches USD 1.5 billion before 2018

Phase II: reaching USD 3 billion in 2021 or in the year Greater China revenue reaches USD 3 billion before 2021

 

Qualification Baseline Month:

Phase I: December 2018, or December in the year Greater China revenue reaches USD 1.5 billion before 2018

Phase II: December 2021, or December in the year Greater China revenue reaches USD 3 billion before 2021

 

Qualification Method:

1.     Centurial: the CSELB-TE qualifier must qualify at least one time CSELB 1+100 during the Phase I or Phase II Qualification Period; and

2.     Star: the CSELB-TE qualifier develops incremental G1 New Stars which at least match with the cumulative CSELB 1+100 bonus portions received by the qualifier in the year Greater China reaches revenue targets; and

3.     Leadership: the CSELB-TE qualifier must qualify Greater China Success Trip in the year Greater China reaches revenue targets; and

4.     Team Elite: the CSELB-TE qualifier must qualify Team Elite Trip in the year Greater China reaches revenue targets
