Qualification Method:

The Highest Pin Title1 in 2017

1) Qualify 2018 Team Elite/Presidential Director3 with no less than 100,000 Organizational Volume (OV) within the paid generations (sales volumes within the group plus sales volumes from G1 to G6) in December 2018; or
2) Maintain as a real4 Blue Diamond Executive/Executive Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

2) Maintain as a real4 Emerald Executive/Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

Ruby Executive*

1) Maintain as a real4 Emerald Executive/Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period; or
2) Maintain as a real4 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

Maintain as a real4 Emerald Executive/Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

Lapis Executive* or below pin title and have been New Star

1) Maintain as a real 4 Emerald Executive/Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period; or
2) Maintains as a real4 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

Maintain as a real4 Emerald Executive/Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

Lapis Executive* or below pin title but have not been New Star

Become New Star5 and the Qualification Month for the New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period

 1) Become New Star5 and maintain as a real4 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) for a minimum of 6 months within 12 consecutive months. The 6th real4 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) month and the Qualification Month for the New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period; or
2) Become New Star5 and the Qualification Month for the New Star must be fallen within the Qualification Period and create 1 New Star6

For those whose highest pin title1 in 2017 is below Blue Diamond Executive*, if he maintains as a real4 Blue Diamond Executive/Executive Brand Director* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period, 2 participants of his account are eligible to attend the Success Trip.

 

Attendance Rules:
In addition to fulfill the above-mentioned requirements of Qualification, qualifier who intends to attend the Success Trip must remain as a real4 Lapis Executive/Senior Brand Partner* (or above) in the 2nd month before the month of departure for Success Trip.

 

Remarks:
1. The highest pin title means the highest real title maintained for any 4 months in 2017.

2. If distributor/Brand Affiliate has selected to join Velocity plan during the qualification period, he/she can use any combination of the qualified months achieved under Wealth Maximizer plan and Velocity plan in order to qualify the NSA.

3. Team Elites who qualify for the first time in 2017 include those Team Elites/Presidential Directors who complete their Team Elite qualifications for the first time over two different years.

4. Regarding the qualification rules for new Team Elite/Presidential Director, the qualifying Team Elite/Presidential Director must complete qualification by the end of December 2018 instead of the following year.

5. Real Title:

5.1       Distributor under Wealth Maximizer plan cannot use grace month as qualified month for real title. If the first generation is a PEXEC or DEXEC, there must be at least one downline Breakaway Executive or above (regardless of generations) in order to be counted as a qualified G1 Executive and the Distributor is thus recognized as Real Title.

5.2       Brand Affiliate under Velocity plan must meet the requirements below:

6. New Star: Maintain as a real Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months for the first time within 12 consecutive months. The Qualification Month for the New Star is the 4th month that the New Star has maintained as a real2 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above). The Brand Affiliate account from the market outside the Greater China Region who has met the requirements as a Greater China New Star is qualified as a Global Star. Global Star cannot attend the incentive activities within the Greater China Region.

7. Create 1 New Star: qualifier’s G1 Executives include a New Star. The creation of a Global Star is also considered as a Star Creator.
The following criteria must be met in order to be qualified as Star Creator:
The upline Brand representative of the New Star in the Qualification Month for the New Star is called the Designated Upline of the New Star. The Designated Upline of the New Star would be considered as a Star Creator3 if he/she maintains as real2 Ruby Executive/Executive Brand Partner* (or above) for a minimum of any 4 months during the Qualification Period within which the Qualification Month falls.

8. For the Distributor/Brand Affiliate who meets the eligibility requirement of “1 participant per Brand Affiliate account”, NU SKIN will arrange this Distributor/Brand Affiliate to share the hotel room with another Brand Affiliate (with the same gender).

9. NU SKIN reserves the right to recoup the recognition received by the said qualifier or an amount equivalent to the recognition if any of the following occurs:

1) if the qualifier no longer satisfies the requirements for recognition following a product return after deducting sales volumes of the returned products; or

2) if the qualifier violates NU SKIN’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations.

10. NU SKIN reserves the right to make changes, interpretation and decision regarding any matters of these Qualification Rules.

11. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Qualification Rules and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

12. The following chart provides a comparison of the previous and new title. Until Velocity is fully implemented in all of Nu Skin’s markets, the previous title and the new title will be used interchangeably and with equivalent meaning in Nu Skin documents.
