Just One More (Hong Kong/Macau)

Program Name:Just One More (Hong Kong/Macau) (“Program”)

 

Program Objective: The Program is intended to promote long-term, sustainable sales volume growth through the development of new Executives with sales volume from consumers and the rewards of the Program are conditional upon the growth of active consumers within the participant’s organization.

 

Program Period:10 March 2017 to 30 June 2018 (“Program Period”)

 

Program Target:Distributors who become new Executives during January 2017 and June 2018 (“Promotion Period”) and their immediate upline Executives.

 

Program Rewards:For any distributor who became a new Executive during the Promotion Period, if within the 3 months starting from the month in which he/she became a new Executive, he/she achieves PSV 100 & GSV 3,000 in any month (“Qualification Month”) and achieves at least GSV 1,000 each month before the Qualification Month, he/she will be entitled to receive the Program bonus of HKD 1,500. The new Executive can receive the Program bonus only once a month and up to 3 times during the Program Period. If his/her immediate upline Executive also achieves PSV 100 & GSV 3,000 within the same Qualification Month, this upline Executive can also receive the Program bonus of HKD 1,500, but he/she can receive the Program bonus only once for the same distributorship.

 

Program Terms and Conditions

1. To receive the Program bonus, new Executive has to fulfill the following requirements: if he/she became the new Executive within the Promotion Period and within the 3 months starting from the month in which he/she became a new Executive, if he/she (1) achieves PSV 100 & GSV 3,000 in any month, and (2) achieves at least GSV 1,000 each month before the Qualification Month, he/she can receive the Program bonus of HKD 1,500.

 

2. A Distributor who became a new Executive in January 2017 and February 2017 can also join the Program. The requirements are the same as clause 1 of these Program Terms and Conditions. However, he/she can only join the Program from March 2017 to May 2017, instead of within the 3 months starting from the month in which he/she became a new Executive.

 

3. A Distributor who became a new Executive in May or June 2018 can also join the Program. The requirements are the same as clause 1 of these Program Terms and Conditions. However, he/she can only join the Program from the month became a new Executive until June 2018, instead of within the 3 months starting from the month in which he/she became a new Executive.

 

4. Within the same Qualification Month, if the immediate upline Executive (a distributor who maintains Executive or above within the Program Period) also achieves PSV 100 & GSV 3,000, he/she can receive the Program bonus of HKD 1,500, but he/she will be entitled to receive the Program bonus only once for the same distributorship.

 

5. The Program bonus will be released together with monthly commission in the next month after the Qualification Month.

 

6. Only Hong Kong and Macau distributors can join this Program. Taiwan distributors must comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant program in Taiwan. Participation in this Program constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of this Program Terms and Conditions.

 

7.  Each distributor account who became new Executive within the Promotion Period can only join the Program once within the Program Period.

 

8. Within the Program Period, if a participant 1) no longer satisfies the bonus requirements of the Program (including but not limited to the circumstance where he/she fails to fulfill the bonus requirements of the Program after a product return which results in the deduction of sales volumes of the returned products); or 2) violates the terms and conditions of this Program (including but not limited to manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan), Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures or any applicable laws and regulations, Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify him/her from the Program bonus and recoup all Program bonuses received by him/her. Nu Skin will also take corresponding actions in accordance with Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures.

 

9. A distributor should not buy or encourage others to buy additional products that exceed his/her reasonable personal consumption in order to achieve or maintain his/her Executive pin level.

 

10. Nu Skin reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time based on performance, participation or other factors, at Nu Skin’s sole discretion.

 

11. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version of these Program Terms and Conditions and its English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
