Mooncake Donation Activity -
To share love and celebrate the festival

To celebrate Mid-Autumn festival, NU SKIN prepares mooncakes for our staffs every year. Meanwhile, we also organize the “Mooncake Donation Activity” to encourage our staffs to donate their mooncakes to needy as to spread love and festive warmth.

This year, Patrick Yeung, President, NU SKIN Hong Kong & Macau & Regional Vice President, NU SKIN Greater China, and a team of NU SKIN volunteers distributed mooncakes to the students in Tung Tak School, and led 30 Tung Tak School student volunteers to visit Shung Tak Elderly House, to pre-celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Apart from showing love and care to the elderly in the community, we also hoped to promote the concept of “Teaching a man to fish” to the students. They also have the ability to help the needy and to contribute to our society.

The elderly showed a big smile on their faces when receiving the mooncakes. Both the elderly and the volunteers enjoyed the time together. The volunteers discovered a better self in the activity, and understand the importance of ‘it is more blessed to give than to receive’.
