Renri, the 7th of first month in Lunar Year, is a birthday for all in Chinese tradition. A new charitable event “From Get to Give” was held on 11th Feb (Renri) to deliver blessing to starving children around the world. The business affiliates and their children were encouraged to be the “force for good” by donating to Nourish The Children campaign, which means sending practical birthday gifts to them! With the support from all donors, donations eventually turned to around 4,000 VitaMeal within 3 hours only!
The atmosphere of lunar new year was strong during the event. It was glad to see that some children generously donated their red packets as birthday gifts to children. Meanwhile, donors were able to receive special drinks and a Rainbow Calligraphy gift after donation as a token of appreciation for their contribution.
