Nu Skin Becomes The First Private Enterprise Support Ppvi In Hong Kong

Nu Skin has been working closely with Children’s Heart Foundation for years by lending a helping hand to the children with congenital heart disease as well as their families. On 25^th Nov, Nu Skin continues to put efforts in supporting “Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk 2018” to express love and care to those children.

This year, “Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk” was held under an unstable weather. However, the power of “Force for Good” brought us to higher achievements in the number of participants and donations. There were 200 participants and 40% donation more compared to the previous year. Thanks to the support from our business partners, Nu Skin won the “Royal Cup” – The MOST funds raised team for the 13^th  consecutive years!

Besides, Nu Skin achieved a new breakthrough on “Force for Good” in 2018. Allowing the children with congenital heart disease to live a better life, we became the first private enterprise supporting Percutaneous Pulmonary Valve Implantation (PPVI) in Hong Kong. With advanced technologies, they can undergo the surgeries with less harm and risk. By doing this, we hope to lead and influence more businesses and organizations to offer help. Therefore, we set up a “Heart-to-Heart instant photo booth” during the Walk this year. Apart from allowing participants to capture memorable moments, it was especially desirable to raise the public awareness of PPVI.

We believe that the power of “Force for good” will be gathered and strengthened in the coming future. It is also hoped to have more cooperation opportunities with Children’s Heart Foundation, allowing the children to discover a better self.
