With the mission of “empowering people to improve lives”, anti-aging expert NU SKIN does not only commit to the research and development of innovative high-quality products, but we also strongly encourage our NU SKIN family to uphold the Force for Good spirit, helping children with congenital heart disease. Since there was a Christmas time, Children’s Heart Foundation (CHF) held a Christmas party for over 40 CHF members’ families; total 180 people to celebrate the festival joy together in Hong Kong Queen Mary hospital on December 25, 2014. Besides sponsored all the expenditure of the party, every NU SKIN Hong Kong staff was joint hands together, to raise money for those heart-diseased children in the hospital. On the Christmas day, under the leadership of Avis Chau, Vice President of NU SKIN Greater China Success Inspirations and General Manager of NU SKIN HongKong & Macau, NU SKIN Greater China and Team Elite - Kan Cheung, NU SKIN Volunteer Team Captain with 9 members passed the donation to CHF. Besides that, NU SKIN Volunteer Team joined the Cookies making workshop with over 70 CHF kids. During the workshop, children learnt cookies making together with the volunteers, and were encouraged to be creative and make attempt bravely in order to enhance their self-confidence. Not only did this activity provide an opportunity for CHF kids to experience DIY fun, but it also facilitated the communication between the children and volunteers so that our volunteers could share their care and love with them. After the workshop, the children presented their artwork to their parents and shared the cookies. NU SKIN volunteer team also prepared Christmas gifts which would be the sweetest gift to CHF kids. They spent a happy day together.

“This is my first time to join the volunteer activity in Hong Kong. I felt happy when the kids had joy.” Kammy Siu said.
