Special Notice of Delay in Delivery Service

Due to the outbreak of pandemic, Delivery and Locker Pick Up service will be delayed for 2 to 3 working days (the whole delivery process is expected to take 5 to 9 working days to complete, please refer to SMS or phone call for confirmed delivery schedule). In view of the latest development in pandemic situations, and to enhance the safety of customers and couriers, the delivery service for below listed area shall be affected (Suspended/Special Delivery Arrangement) with immediate effect until further notice.

•              Buildings with restriction-testing declaration

•              Buildings with confirmed cases / positive sewage testing results

•              Buildings of the confines under home quarantine

Q1) Will NU SKIN arrange delivery to buildings/places that have been included in the “Compulsory Testing Notice” list? Will the order be cancelled?

To protect the health and safety of customers and delivery men, the buildings that have been induced in the “Compulsory Testing Notice” list will suspend delivery until further notice. For those affected orders, our customer service representative will contact you to further follow up. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service, we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

 

Q2) Will NU SKIN arrange delivery to Penny’s Bay Quarantine Centre or Others’ Quarantine Centre?

To protect the health and safety of customers and delivery men, delivery service is not available to Penny’s Bay Quarantine Centre or Others’ Quarantine Centre. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Q3) Will the delivery time be affected during the pandemic?

Due to the impact of pandemic, some order processing will be affected. We shall make all possible effort to proceed and deliver the orders as soon as possible. Please stay tuned with us for further updates via SMS and Phone. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q4) Will NU SKIN / Delivery men take disinfection measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the goods?
