The health and safety of customers and co-workers are always the top priorities of Nu Skin, while we are taking a close look into the latest condition of the COVID 19 pandemic, below measures have been taken in response to the safety concern:
Stores visiting:
Customers are required to wear masks during their stays in Nu Skin Plaza and Distribution Centers, while entering Nu Skin Plaza and Distribution Centers, customers are required to wear mask and receive temperature checks at the entrance. Customers are advised to stay at home and shop online at www.nuskin.com.hk if feeling unwell.
Delivery:
To prevent the spread of infection, for any delivery address or buildings with (COVID-19) confirmed cases listed by Department of Health (DOH), we will only arrange to trade in person at the reception/lobby or leave it at the reception/ lobby with prior notification and confirmation. Nu Skin will refer to the List of buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19 which announced by the Department of Health (Note: The buildings will remain on the list for 14 days since the reported date.)
