NU SKIN was Awarded the “Consumer Caring” in Hong Kong

NU SKIN was proudly recognized with the “Consumer Caring” in Hong Kong, and received the award from Hon. Charles Peter Mok, JP, a Hong Kong Legislative Council Member (Information Techonology), on the January 8, 2016 which once again proved the excellence of the product qualities and customer services of NU SKIN.

The criteria of assessment of this award mainly based on each company’s pursuits of the excellence in the quality of the products and customer services, as well as the use of advanced technology to enhance the efficiency of the overall operation. The assessment has the following criteria, including caring for consumers, caring for employees, listening to consumers, focusing on service, ensuring product quality and safety, keeping promises and being sincere. The assessment procedure was precise, including a scoring questionnaire as a preliminary assessment, then the shortlisted companies will be engaged in a face-to-face scenarios-based interview, and a public survey to investigate the satisfaction on its services and the result of assessment will be evaluated from all aspects finally. Therefore, the company which was awarded “Consumer Caring” is excellent.

About The Consumer Caring Scheme
It was introduced by the GS1 Hong Kong in 2011 and the objective is to recognize companies that enhance consumer satisfaction through the international standards, optimization of the supply chain management, application of information technology and the continuation of improving business processes. The assessment procedure comprises company visit and consumer survey, all of which were conducted in an equitable, credible and professional manner. Meanwhile, a scorecard was designed according to the practical way of the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) to assess the caring level and performance of the participating companies.  ECR is an internationally recognized concept.  It aims to achieve customer satisfaction through the collaboration with the business and trading partners.
