NU SKIN exclusively sponsored the luncheon and

The 6th Beijing Food Science and Technology Forum &Nutritious and Functional Food Innovation Conference was held in Beijing from Nov 13 to 14 in China National Convention Center, in which APEC was held. Charlene Chang, Regional Vice President of NU SKIN Greater China Opportunities and President of NU SKIN Taiwan, and Yiping Ren, scientist of NU SKIN, were invited to participate in this conference. Charlene addressed in the opening ceremony and Dr. Yiping Ren gave a speech on “Prospect of nutrition: the application of Omics” in the sub-forum. As one of the cooperation partners, NU SKIN solely sponsored the luncheon and the sub-forum of  development and identification of nutritional and dietary supplements”. The conference which was hosted by China Health Care Association, Beijing Food Institute and Beijing Food Association, attracted more than 25 mainstream medias and 600 participants, including government officials, experts, scholars and c-suites.

The opening

 

Prof. Fenglou Zhang, director of China Health Care Association, Prof. Zhaofeng Jiang, director of Beijing Food Institute, and Charlene Chang, Regional Vice President of NU SKIN Greater China Opportunities and President of NU SKIN Taiwan, attend the opening and gave addresses.

NU SKIN gave out NU SKIN blue bags, memorial notebooks and ageLOCTM four-color pens for every participant.

 

Exclusive interview

 

Charlene conducted an exclusive interview with media. She talked about the excellence of NU SKIN’s innovative products, concerns and strategy of Chinese market, and NU SKIN charitable activities, which was well recognized by media.

Luncheon

The packed dining-hall served about 500 participants during luncheon time. In addition to handing out TR90 headbands and wrist as gifts, NU SKIN also used 3333+ plate, mat as cutlery and g3 as drink, which delivered a healthy lifestyle concept.

5 Educators coming from the department of Product Opportunity Innovation Education of NU SKIN, brought a passionate V-dance as luncheon opening. Prof. Zhaofeng Jiang, director of Beijing Food Institute, Prof. Zonglian Jin, honorary director of Beijing Food Institute, Prof. Feng Xu, secretary of Beijing Food Institute and Charlene together toasted the convention.

During the wonderful part of lucky draw, Prof. Kaisheng Xu, Prof. Zonglian Jin, both honorary director of Beijing Food Institute, and Charlene, served as lottery guests and gave away LifePak and other PHARMANEX products as gifts.

Sub-Forum

Prof. Zonglian Jin, honorary director of Beijing Food Association and one of Nu Skin Anti-Aging Scientific Advisory Board, was the host of sub-forum of ”development and identification of nutritional and dietary supplements”, which was solely sponsored by NU SKIN. Dr. Yiping Ren gave a speech on ” Prospect of nutrition: the application of Omics“ to show how NU SKIN used these modern technologies in products research.

Exhibition booth

There were biophotonic scanner and body fat detection area, TrimShake taste area and product display area in NU SKIN exhibition booth. Many participants came to measure their antioxidant index, body muscle rate and body fat rate to have a better understanding of their health condition. The activity “scan the QR code and get a gift” attracted lots of participants, which created a warmer atmosphere.

Through the display of brand and technology in the forum, NU SKIN has been reported by many national mainstream medias, which enhanced publicity.
