The objective of the 2022 Hello! Nu Skin Double or Triple Sharing Bonus program is to provide
meaningful compensation to incentivize Brand Affiliates to share Nu Skin products with
New Personally Registered Customers (Personally Registered Members and Retail Customers) and
experience early success in their Brand Affiliate journey.
This program is intended to reward Sharers (Brand Affiliates and Qualifying Brand Representatives,
excluding Brand Representatives and above) for selling products to New Personally Registered Customers. If a Sharer has 1000 New Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume and 5 New Personally Registered Customers in a calendar month, they will be rewarded a Double Sharing Bonus on the New Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume. If a Sharer has 2000 New Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume and 10 New Personally Registered Customers in a calendar month, they will be rewarded a Triple Sharing Bonus on the New Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume. Qualifiers can accumulate New Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume each calendar month, and a Double or Triple Sharing
Bonus will be paid based on the total Personally Registered Customers Sales Volume and the total number of New Personally Registered Customers registered at the end of that month.
GENERAL RULES AND PROGRAM MECHANICS
• Incentive period: January 1, 2022–December 31, 2022
• Eligible payees: All Brand Affiliate accounts (Brand Affiliates and Qualifying Brand
Representatives, excluding Brand Representatives and above).
• Regular Sharing Bonus will be paid daily, based on Velocity guidelines. The Double or Triple
Sharing Bonus will be paid with monthly commissions.

2022 DOUBLE OR TRIPLE SHARING BONUS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Double or Triple Sharing Bonus is available to all Brand Affiliate and Qualifying Brand Representative titled
accounts, excluding Brand Representative and above titled accounts. The Double or Triple Sharing Bonus is also referred to
herein as the “Incentive.”
2. The Incentive period is January 1, 2022–December 31, 2022.
3. The requirements and terms of the Velocity Sales Performance Plan remain in full force and effect and shall not be superseded by this Incentive.
4. While the existing Sharing Bonus will be paid daily (in accordance with the current Velocity Sales Performance Plan), the Incentive will be paid with monthly bonus commissions.
5. Brand Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the incentive and any liability related to failing to do so is solely the responsibility of the Brand Affiliate.
6. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are based on product sales to end consumers.
7. The Incentive and any bonuses earned as a result of participation, must be accurately represented, and must comply with Nu Skin’s Policies & Procedures, including the Social Sharing and Opportunity Testimonial Guidelines.
8. For the purposes of the Incentive, the term New Personally Registered Customers refers to Personally Registered Members or Retail Customers who create a Nu Skin account and make their first product purchase via Nu Skin’s systems in the same month. New Personally Registered Customers is limited to accounts entered into Nu Skin’s systems and excludes any individuals who purchase Nu Skin products outside of Nu Skin’s systems.
9. All product purchases are optional and there are no inventory requirements. For more information on Nu Skin’s Refund Policy, please review the Product Refund Policy For Member.
10. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and
Procedures, or Velocity Sales Performance Plan at any time during the Incentive period, may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Incentive and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.
11. Brand Affiliates who participate in the Incentive agree to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the Incentive solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy located in the Brand Affiliate Agreement and the Policies and Procedures.
12. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Incentive, including deadlines, in its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason. All such decisions shall be final and binding upon all Brand Affiliates. Furthermore, Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Incentive.
13. Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the Incentive, in its sole and absolute discretion, any Brand Affiliate, for any reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions, manipulating the Velocity Sales Performance Plan in violation of the Policies and Procedures, or using any other fraudulent means.
14. Nu Skin reserves the right to interpret the rules and Terms and Conditions of this Incentive in its sole discretion, and all such decisions shall be final and binding upon all Brand Affiliates.
15. The Incentive is not available on volume from New Personally Registered Customers in select markets operating under the Velocity Sale Compensation Plan, including the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Additionally, Mainland China operates under a separate and distinct business model and will not participate in the Incentive.
16. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and Chinese translation versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
