NU SKIN is fond of receiving awards. This year, for the first time, NU SKIN has been honored with “Aon Hewitt’s Best Employers – Taiwan 2015 Awards” selected by Aon Hewitt, a global leader in human resource solutions. After receiving the 2014 Best Companies to Work for Award bestowed by Taipei City Government last year, NU SKIN has once again won the industry’s recognition. At the award presentation ceremony cum research results seminar held on March 11, 2015, Betty Tseng, Vice President of NU SKIN Greater China NU Dream Team, received the Award on behalf of NU SKIN.

Aon Hewitt’s Best Employers – Taiwan 2015 Awards were conferred by Aon Hewitt, a global leader in human resource solutions and a member of Aon Corporation, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AON). After a nine-month careful and thorough investigation to know more about how an enterprise had created competitive advantages through its well-trained employees and why a company had become the best workplace, the best employers from 12 markets in the Asian Region identified.

Due to the extraordinary performance,  NU SKIN was invited to attend the Best Employers roundtable meeting to share its human resource management insights with other winning companies. Betty mentioned that the biggest difference between NU SKIN and other companies in terms of talent management was that it did not adhere rigidly to doctrines and experiences.  She said, “We believe employees are our most important asset. Executives are at the bottom of the up-side-down triangle to support all employees. Higher position represents more responsibilities. In NU SKIN, we don’t say executive, only mentor and coach are there to support our employees to accomplish their goals. ” Her sharing got enthusiastic response and was highly appreciated by the audiences and the organizer.


 “Only when our employees have found a sense of belongings in their career from the respect and trust given by the company, will they be able to gain the happiest work experience, enhance their work performance and efficiency and turn such happiness into productivity.  It doesn’t matter if you are a greenhorn or a senior employee, everybody can foresee a better self in NU SKIN,” she said.
