Trip to a Supermarket
In the eyes of adults, a supermarket is only an ordinary place. But to children who seldom go out, that is a “super” place with all sorts of funny things. On January 15, one of our Volunteer Teams with 10 people brought 16 children from the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children (HKSPC) to a supermarket in Olympian City. The children got to know different kinds of food and daily commodities, and they acquired more knowledge during the visit. After having a lunch in a Chinese restaurant, this meaningful “Force for Good” activity came to an end. Both the volunteers and children felt verysatisfied.
