         ageLOC Me is suitable for:

            -          Any adult with healthy looking skin seeking a customised way to minimise the visible signs of skin ageing.

            -          Men and women who want to achieve and maintain a younger looking skin and are searching for an experience together with that.

            -          People who want a simplified and streamlined skin care regimen.

 

 

2.      What is included in the ageLOC Me Skin Care System?

The system contains the ageLOC Me device, the Reference Set consisting of five product cartridges (three serums, ageLOC Me Day and Night), the ageLOC Me serums connector (serum cartridge holder and device connector), a Travel Container, four AA batteries, the ageLOC Me Quick Start Guide, and the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment card.

 

3.      What is included in the ageLOC Me Custom Set?

Your 5 customised cartridges (3 serums, a Day and a Night moisturiser), customised for you, by you from more than 2,000 combinations and the serums connector (serum cartridge holder and device connector).

 

4.      How does the ageLOC Me Skin Care System work?

The ageLOC Me journey consists of 3 steps to help you create your customised skin care regimen.

 

5.      Which languages does the device support?

All EMEA market languages where Nu Skin is doing business are available on the ageLOC Me device. The language can be changed at any time by accessing the “settings” menu and selecting “languages”.

 

6.      Can more than one person use the same ageLOC Me delivery device?

No. Only one person should use a particular ageLOC Me delivery device because it tracks remaining doses and the products contain the 30-day dosage for one person. The device cannot track different cartridges set at the same time.

 

7.      What is the warranty of the ageLOC Me device?

Nu Skin guarantees the ageLOC Me device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of delivery to you. This warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of misuse or accident. If the product becomes defective within the 2-year warranty period, please call your local Nu Skin Support to arrange for a repair or replacement. You may be required to present a formal sales receipt showing the delivery date. Nu Skin reserves the right to inspect the device.

 

8.      How long does the assessment take?

Most individuals will find that the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment can be taken in less than 10 minutes. Take the time to do it properly, this way you will ensure that you get the best fitting products.

 

9.      How does the Skin Assessment select my products?

The ageLOC Me Skin Assessment is the key to customisation. This concise questionnaire gathers pertinent information about each user and their visible skin concerns. The answers then are put through a proprietary algorithm which then gives the user the best fitting ageLOC Me set of products. ageLOC Me is customised for you, by you.

 

10.  Can you go back in the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment and make changes/edit answers?

Yes. Before your personal ageLOC Me code is revealed, you will have an opportunity to review your answers. Additionally, the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment can be retaken as often as you like. You also have the ability to save the outcomes to your assessment history if desired. Any personal ageLOC Me code saved will be available for you to order at that moment or at a later date when selected.

 

11.  Why should I be truthful when taking the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment?

We understand that some people may be tempted to indicate that their skin’s appearance is really bad so that they can get the “best” product. It is important to keep  in mind that like many things, in skin care more is not always better. Dr Zoe Draelos, a Dermatologist and Anti-Aging Skin Advisory Board Member, has said “Delivering the correct amount of actives to the skin is key to optimal product performance and the realisation of improved skin appearance.

 

12.   How often should I retake the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment?

The ageLOC Me Skin Assessment can be retaken as often as you like but we recommend retaking it with each new season or in case you move to a different climate area. The corresponding personal skin care code can be saved, so you can pick the best fitting product all the time without having to retake the full assessment.

 

13.  Why should I use the ageLOC Me Reference Set for 14 days before completing the Skin Assessment?

The Reference Set should serve as a basis to learn about your skin’s needs and your preferences. The Reference Set contains regionally selected serums and moisturisers from more than 2,000 possible combinations and should act as a reference for when you do your assessment. We advise you to use it for 14 days, to give enough time to your skin to adapt to the unique ageLOC Me ingredients so you will know what you need, richer or lighter moisturisation, fragrance or fragrance-free.

 

 

14.  Do I have to use my full Reference Set?

Nu Skin recommends using the ageLOC Me Reference Set for two weeks to get a good feel for the products in that regimen before taking the ageLOC Me Skin Assessment. That being said, if an individual desires, they can take the assessment sooner and order products sooner. If they do not wish to use the Reference Set for the full month they can also start sooner with the Custom Set, but we recommend using it for the full 30 days to become familiar with the workings of ageLOC Me.

 

15.   Can everyone find an ageLOC Me Custom Set that fits their individual needs?

ageLOC Me offers a wider array of anti-ageing skin care options, than many skin care systems, within the same suite of products. Nonetheless, some individuals may still find that their skin is not compatible with ageLOC Me formulations. For example, many of the ageLOC Me serums share the same base ingredients, if an individual is sensitive to one of these ingredients it could preclude them from use. Additionally, ageLOC Me was not formulated to be used by people with skin conditions including acne. That being said, we have conducted a battery of tests to ensure that ageLOC Me is safe and effective for the general population.

 

16.  How many doses does each cartridge contain?

Each cartridge contains a month’s worth of product – 30 doses of your ageLOC Me Day and Night and 60 doses of your serums (used twice daily).
