Steven J. Lund
Executive Chairman of the Board, Executive Director of Nourish the Children
Steven J. Lund serves as executive chairman of the board for Nu Skin Enterprises. He also serves as the executive director of the company’s Nourish the Children initiative, which has facilitated the donation of hundreds of millions of meals to malnourished children around the world.
Lund has served as executive vice president of Nu Skin International since 1985 and in various other roles since that time, including vice chairman of the board from 2006 to 2012, president and chief executive officer from 1996 to 2003 and president and chief executive officer of Nu Skin Asia Pacific from 1996 to 1998.
Lund has served on the board of directors for the U.S. Direct Selling Association, and has participated in various civic and religious leadership roles; he served as chairman of the Utah Valley University board of trustees and was recently appointed to the Utah State Board of Regents.
Before joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Lund worked as an attorney in a private law practice after earning a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School (1983).
Vice Chairman of the Board
Truman Hunt was appointed as Nu Skin’s vice chairman of the board in 2017. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer from 2003 to 2017.
Hunt is focused on the company’s mission to be a force for good throughout the world by empowering people to improve lives with rewarding business opportunities, innovative products, and an enriching, uplifting culture. Hunt serves on the executive board for the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation.
In 2012, Hunt was named a CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine. Hunt is also active in industry associations, serving as chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations from 2005 to 2008 and member of the United States Direct Selling Association (DSA) executive committee.
Hunt has served in various positions with Nu Skin since 1994, including executive vice president from 2001 to 2003 and general counsel from 1996 to 2003. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was president and chief executive officer of Better Living Products, Inc., a company involved in the manufacturing and distribution of houseware products sold through traditional retail channels. Prior to joining Better Living Products in 1991, he was a securities and business attorney in private practice. Hunt earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Utah.
Neil H. Offen
Former President and CEO of Direct Selling Association
Neil Offen has served as a director at Nu Skin Enterprises since July 2011. Prior to joining the company, Offen served as president and chief executive officer of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) from 1978 through 2011. In addition, he served as secretary of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations and as vice chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation.
Before joining DSA in 1971, Offen was legislative and administrative assistant to a United States Congressman and, prior to that, he served with the U.S. Department of State’s Agency for International Development. Offen served four years in the Clinton administration as vice chair of the Inter-American Foundation, a US Government foreign aid agency requiring Senate confirmation and as vice chairman of the board of the American Association of Association Executives. He is also an inductee into the Direct Selling Hall of Fame, the DSEF Circle of Honor, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the WFDSA, and is a fellow in Governance in NACD. Offen was chosen as Association Executive of the Year in 1992 by Association Trends and received a special recognition award from the Secretary of Health and Human Services for his work on its organ donor program.
A member of the D.C. Bar, Offen received his bachelor’s degree from Queens College and his juris doctor degree from George Washington University.
Daniel W. Campbell
Managing General Partner, EsNet, Ltd.
Daniel W. Campbell has served as a director at Nu Skin Enterprises since March 1997 and currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and as Chair of the compensation committee. Campbell has been a managing general partner of EsNet, Ltd., a privately held investment company, since 1994. From 1992 to 1994, Campbell was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of WordPerfect Corporation, a software company, and prior to that was a partner of Price Waterhouse LLP.
Campbell received a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. He was recently elected as Chair of the Board of Regents, the governing body for the Utah System of Higher Education. Campbell is also active in the community, serving on a number of public and private boards.
Andrew D. Lipman
Partner, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
Andrew D. Lipman has served as a director of Nu Skin since May 1999. He is a partner and head of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, an international law firm that he joined in 2014. He previously held similar positions with Bingham McCutchen LLP from 2006 to 2014 and Swidler Berlin, LLP from 1988 to 2006.
From 1987 to 1997, Lipman also served as Senior Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs for MFS Communications, Co., a competitive telecommunications provider. He also served as a member of the boards of directors of Sutron Corporation, a provider of hydrological and meteorological monitoring products, and The Management Network Group, Inc., a telecommunications-related consulting firm. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and a J.D. degree from Stanford University.
Edwina D. Woodbury
President and CEO, The Chapel Hill Press, Inc.
Edwina D. Woodbury has served as president and CEO of The Chapel Hill Press Inc. since 1999. Her prior experience includes more than 20 years in the direct selling and personal care products industries, having served at Avon Products as chief financial officer and administrative officer and in other finance and operations positions from 1977 to 1998.
Woodbury has also served on numerous boards across several industries in addition to her current service as chair of the board of the nonprofit Medical Foundation of North Carolina. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Thomas R. Pisano
Former President and CEO, Overseas Military Sales Corporation
Thomas Pisano's career has spanned 40 years, with 25 years in the direct selling industry. A seasoned veteran from Avon, Pisano held key leadership positions at the company including vice president of global new business development, area vice president for the Americas and area vice president for Latin America/Pacific. From 2005 until his retirement in 2010, Pisano also served as president and chief executive officer of Overseas Military Sales Corp., which operates in 30 markets worldwide. Prior to this role, Pisano worked as the company's chief operating officer from 1998 to 2004. He also spent two years as vice president and head of The Topps Company's international division. Pisano graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in industrial management, and holds a master's of business administration from Dartmouth College with an emphasis in finance and marketing.
Nevin N. Andersen
Nevin N. Andersen is an accomplished professional with more than 40 years of experience in various financial management roles. Andersen spent nearly 24 years with Shaklee Corporation in various financial roles, including serving as Shaklee's chief financial officer from April 1990 through early 2003 when he retired. In 2005, Shaklee asked Andersen to return to serve as an interim chief financial officer and assist with the transition to a new chief financial officer, which concluded in February of 2008. Prior to his work at Shaklee, Andersen worked with the auditing firm Price Waterhouse & Co. for 10 years and as an officer in the U.S. Army Finance Corps. Andersen graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in accountancy.
Simon Shen has spent more than a decade as an investment banker advising companies in corporate finance matters and mergers and acquisitions. He is the founding member of ZQ Capital Limited, a boutique investment and advisory firm with extensive relationships and local knowledge of Mainland China. He has deep experience in Asia capital markets, with a special area of expertise and network in Mainland China.
Prior to founding ZQ Capital in 2015, Shen was managing director and head of the Mainland China Financial Institutions Business at Barclays from 2011 to 2015. From 2004 to 2010, he worked with Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in its New York and Hong Kong offices.
Shen has worked with many corporations in Asia, such as the IPOs by Agricultural Bank of China, China Pacific Insurance Group and China Ping An, the rights offering by DBS Bank and the acquisition of BankThai by CIMB. He also worked with a number of US corporations during the early stages of his career at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers in New York.
Shen has a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University.
