1. Requirements for the 60 Day Glow Up Challenge: 

a. Download the Vera App, complete the Skin Consultation, screenshot the results, and send the screenshot to Nu Skin.

b. Purchase at least one of the following: (you will need to show proof of purchase).

    i.  LumiSpa Cleanser

    ii. LumiSpa iO Device

    iii. LumiSpa Bundle (includes: Anti-Aging Basics Bundle, LumiSpa Basics Bundle, LumiSpa Sensitive Bundle, or LumiSpa Anti-Aging Bundle)

c. Use the selfie timeline. Send screenshots of selfie timeline comparison to Nu Skin on days 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60. Selfies should be taken in similar lighting conditions, without makeup and must comply with Nu Skin's before and after photo guidelines. (hyperlink). Photos must demonstrate LumiSpa iO usage and you must attest that you have not undergone any cosmetic procedures (for example botox, microdermabrasion, etc.) during your participation in the 60 Day Glow Up Challenge

d.Use your the LumiSpa iO twice a day for a minimum of 45 out of the 60 days. Connect your LumiSpa iO to Vera, and screenshot the usage tracker, and send the screenshot to Nu Skin. Use the calendar feature to provide this during your submission.

e. Post on Social Media about your participation in the challenge and use the hashtag #glowupin60

f. Complete the challenge requirements by May 31, 2023 at 11:59.p.m. MDT.

2. Entering the Challenge: Enter the contest by sending your submissions to Nu Skin Via the Submission form on nuskin.com . Your submission must include the following:

1. A screenshot of your day-one Skin Consultation;

2. Screenshots of your selfie timeline taken on days 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60;

3. A screenshot from the Vera app showing you used LumiSpa iO twice a day for at least 45 out of 60 days.

By completing the submission and release form you agree and grant Nu Skin the right to use your photos and submission materials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to permission to post your photos and submission materials on social media, and as further described on the submission and release form.

Final day to complete the challenge is May 31, 2023. The final day to submit your materials to participate in the challenge is June 7, 2023 at 11:59pm MDT.

3. Share Your Challenge Daily: During the course of the 60 Day Glow Up Challenge post daily in your stories about the challenge.

4. Customers and Members Completing the Challenge:  All Nu Skin Customers and Members will receive a $50 USD product promo code.  Your Promo Code will be sent via email and will be delivered within 30 days of submission. Not offered to Nu Skin Brand Affiliates. Promotional code expires December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.

5. Before and After Photo Guidelines: All photos must comply with Nu Skin’s guidelines for before and after pictures. These guidelines include the following:

• Before and after photos must be consistent in lighting, clothing, background, clarity, resolution, and makeup. Photos should match body position, pose, angle of face and facial expression.

• Photos must accurately depict benefits that may be achieved by a typical consumer using the product along with a regimen of diet and exercise.

• Photos must only support legally approved product claims. (These claims can be found on the Product Information Page for each relevant product at nuskin.com.)

• Photos must be accompanied by a caption that indicates what products you used, how often you applied the product, your first name, and your market. If you are a Nu Skin distributor you must disclose the fact that you are a distributor whenever you publicize before and after photos.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Void where prohibited. This product incentive is only open to Nu Skin customers and Members that are residents of Canada. This incentive is not being offered to Nu Skin Brand Affiliates.

2. All incentive promotions and coupons are subject to availability. Nu Skin reserves the right to modify this promotion or any coupon without prior notification.

3. Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval of any promo codes pending verification of compliance with the Challenge rules and terms and conditions. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or discontinue the Challenge if any suspected participant misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the Challenge, or if otherwise required by law.

4. This Challenge will terminate on May 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT, unless terminated earlier by Nu Skin at its sole discretion.

5. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Challenge and awards in its sole discretion. Nu Skin also reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Challenge at its sole discretion and all company decisions shall be final.

6. Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the Challenge, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these official rules.

7. All Challenge deadlines are subject to change without notice. The value of awards may be considered taxable income to the Challenge participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the participants who receive any awards. The Company reserves the right to decide which and how any awards of the Challenge will be given and all Company decisions shall be final.

8. The promo code is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. The Challenge is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value.

10. The laws of the State of Utah shall govern the Challenge, and participants who are Distributors in the Challenge hereby consent to the resolution of any disputes related the Challenge solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy noted in the Distributor Policies and Procedures. All such mediation and arbitration will be performed within the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Utah. Participants in the Challenge who are not Distributors consent to the resolution of any disputes related to the Challenge in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah. EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE ADJUDICATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, PAGA, OR OTHER JOINT ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIMS. Each participant waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue and dispute resolution procedures. The Challenge may only be participated in or from the United States and Canada, and only by legal residents of those markets. Participants from any other jurisdictions or non residents of those jurisdictions listed above are not eligible. By participating, participants release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Challenge or receipt or use of any awards. Award recipients may not use awards as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity.

11.  Acceptance of any award shall constitute and signify the award recipient’s agreement and consent that their name, address, likeness, before and after photos, testimonials or other material submitted in connection with the Challenge and/or award information can be used for promotional purposes by Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without further payment or consideration to the award recipient. Nu Skin shall have the right to copyright any materials provided under this Challenge and to use the materials, in whole or in part, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever.
