Vivian Chen has been in the traditional business world for the past decade. From marketing to the retail industry, she has worked her way up the corporate ladder for years. She found success through this route and enjoyed what she was doing, however, she realized one day that she did not have the time freedom that she was hoping to find. “I yearned for the ability to work when I wanted, where I wanted. That was very important to me.”


With her extensive retail background, Vivian immediately saw the sales potential when she was introduced to Nu Skin products, especially TR90, by an associate. As she began to sell Nu Skin products part time, she began to see success from her efforts. She learned how to market the products to potential customers and the differences between traditional retail sales and direct sales. Now she feels confident in helping her organization succeed and progress along the Roadmap to Success. “I believe developing your Nu Skin business is a simple task that you need to do every single day. If you stick to it, your team will continue to grow, but you must be patient.”


Vivian loves attending incentive trips and continually works hard to help her team members enjoy the same successes she has seen. As she continues to sell product and recruit team members, she tries to stay positive each day. “As a leader, it is imperative to maintain a positive attitude. What you say and do will affect your entire organization. I would like to help more of my team members become the best version of themselves.”
