A Nu Gen Leader leads by example. They aren’t afraid to do things differently in order to achieve their dreams. They positively impact the lives of others, while building a sustainable business along the way.

To become a Nu Gen leader, you will need to ensure the below requirements are met. Each year we select 5 – 10 Leaders to represent this group of amazing Leaders.      


Be between or around the age of 18 – 35 years old.     


Be a Ruby Partner and above with good growth
(organization volume and active customers)  

 

Active contribution to the movement via social media and bringing awareness to the movement

Being a Nu Gen Leader allows you to join an exclusive group of Leaders who collaborate, connect, exchange ideas, and learn from other leaders their age. 

Nu Gen leaders also have access to exclusive promotions, competitions and awards that are available just for them. Their voices are always heard, and they have a say when it comes to the design and creation of programs and initiatives that assist in the growth of their business. 

To be recognized as a Nu Gen Leader is incomparable and every year, they can be selected as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
