Our Family Experience in Montenegro

Recently, we had the incredible honour of qualifying for Nu Skin’s Success Trip to Montenegro and even more meaningful, we experienced it alongside our two young children, aged 5 and 3, who we took as extra guests at our own cost. This trip was far more than a reward or a destination; it was a reflection of hard work, growth, resilience, and recommitment and a powerful moment to cast vision for what’s next.

What many people may not know is that this journey wasn’t always a straight line and we want to be transparent about that. In the past, we missed qualifying for a Success Trip. That moment was humbling and uncomfortable, but it became one of the most defining points in our business. Instead of letting it discourage us, we chose to pause, get honest, and realign. We made a clear decision: this would not happen again. We raised our standards, refocused on the basics, and recommitted to becoming the leaders our vision required.

Our Deeper Motivation

For us, success has never been about titles or incentives. Our deepest motivation is legacy. We want our children to grow up knowing that working towards your dreams is possible when you set clear goals and commit to personal growth. We want them to experience through real life that no mountain is too high to climb when belief, discipline, and consistency are in place. Taking our children to Montenegro wasn’t about luxury; it was about showing them what’s possible. It was about letting them witness the rewards of hard work and perseverance and planting seeds for how they will approach challenges and opportunities in their own lives.

Why the Success Trip Matters

Success Trips matter because they bring the vision to life. They show what’s possible, not just for us, but for our entire team and wider Nu Skin family. When leaders qualify and show up, belief expands across the organisation. This trip was also the perfect environment to cast vision for what’s to come, especially as we step into the future with Prysm iO.

Being surrounded by global leaders, innovation, and momentum reinforced just how much opportunity lies ahead. It reminded us that we are positioned at the beginning of something powerful, something that allows us not only to grow businesses, but to make a meaningful impact for years to come. Spending time with legacy leaders, learning from their journeys, their mistakes, and their long-term thinking, gave us greater clarity and confidence in the direction we’re heading.

What This Trip Brings to Our Business

Experiences like this naturally fuel attraction marketing. When people see growth, alignment, and purpose in action, curiosity follows. The trip expanded our belief and mindset at a time when vision matters most. As Prysm iO unfolds, having clarity, confidence, and conviction in what’s coming allows us to lead stronger, communicate clearer, and support our teams with certainty.

It brought:

• Bigger belief in what’s possible

• Expanded mindset and future focus

• Momentum and renewed energy

• Growth in leadership and vision

Lessons We Took Away

Every Success Trip brings lessons. These stood out most for us:

1. Setbacks are feedback. Missing a goal is often the invitation to grow.

2. Consistency creates confidence. Daily actions build long-term belief.

3. Proximity elevates perspective. The right rooms change how you think.

4. Vision must be constantly refreshed. Especially in seasons of innovation and change.

5. Leadership is about impact. The goal isn’t just success, it’s significance.

Our Recommendation to Anyone Aiming to Qualify

If you’re aiming for a Success Trip, or preparing for the future with Prysm iO, focus on daily habits towards future outcomes. For us, it has been important to focus on these basics when working with our customers and business partners:

• Inviting

• Presenting

• Following up

* Building a community

* Supporting others

* Developing yourself

When vision is broken down into simple, repeatable actions and done consistently, momentum becomes inevitable. And if you ever miss a goal, don’t disengage, realign and recommit.

Final Thoughts

Experiencing Montenegro with our children was a powerful reminder of why we chose this path. We are building more than a business, we are building belief, resilience, and a future rooted in opportunity and impact. As we move forward into what’s next with Prysm iO, now is the time to dream bigger, lead stronger, and act with intention. Success isn’t about never falling short, it’s about rising with clarity and purpose every time.
