What if I want to cancel my registration for convention?

If you wish to cancel your registration, please email americasevents@nuskin.com. Please note that cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee from April 23 – September 21, 2016. From September 22 – October 4 all cancellations will be assessed a $50 fee. Any cancellation requests received AFTER October 5 will not receive any type of refund.

 

How long will it take for a refund to process?

We will process the refund within 24 hours but please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

What if I want to change the name or ID number on an attendee’s registration?

On or before August 31, 2016 you can make the change yourself online. Simply go to https://nuskin1016.registerat.com/ click “Modify my Registration", and login by using your email address and registration confirmation number.

Starting on September 1, 2016, name transfers will incur a $25 fee and you will need to contact americasevents@nuskin.com to change a name or ID number at that point. Onsite name changes will incur a $50 fee.

 

How can I book a hotel in Salt Lake City at the special Nu Skin rate?

You must be registered for convention prior to booking any hotel rooms. Please follow this link to register for convention and then book your hotel room.

 

How do I add another activity to my registration?

To add another activity to your registration, go to the following link: https://nuskin1016.registerat.com/, click “Modify my Registration", and login by using your email address and registration confirmation number.

 

I never received my registration confirmation email. How do get it?

If you did not receive your registration confirmation email, please check your junk mail to see if it was delivered there. If you still cannot find it, email us at americasevents@nuskin.com and we will be happy to re-send it to you.

 

When is the deadline to advance to a new pin title for recognition at convention?

August is the final month to be paid at your new title and be recognized at the convention.  This means that July is the final month to create new executives to advance your pin title as of August 1st

 

Will there be recognition at convention? How do I get recognized?

There will be fantastic, exclusive, one-of-a-kind recognition at this year’s Americas Convention and we are excited to recognize you for all that you have accomplished! In order to be recognized on stage at this year’s convention, you need to be registered by September 28, 2016. Anyone registered after that date, on-site at the convention center will not be recognized on stage during the general sessions.
