When will my order be shiped?

Product will be shipped by the end of October after you successfully placing the order. Please make sure you put your address and phone number correctly

Know your available credit limit and ensure your purchase will not exceed your available limit.  If you don't know your credit limit or would like to request additional credit, contact the card issuer using the phone number found on the back of your card.  It make also help to let your bank know you will be making a large purchase to Nu Skin on a specified date. Also ensure that your credit card is not expired.

What do I need to do in order to purchase for someone else using his/her credit card?

The person whom you are purchasing for must fill out the credit card authorization form and give you access to purchase under their account.
Nu Skin has the right to request the credit card authorization forms at any time if they believe there could be suspent activity.

All qualified Ruby Executive have a circle group limit of 10 sets and a personal limit of 5 sets per buyer ID.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Our Courier Service doesn't have tracking features.
