What types of payments will be accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.


When will my order ship?

Product will be available at the time of placing the order.  Once your payment method is authorized, normal shipping times apply.


How can I prevent my bank from declining my payment?

Know your available credit limit and ensure your purchase will not exceed your available limit.  If you don't know your credit limit or would like to request additional credit, contact the card issuer using the phone number found on the back of your card.  It may also help to let your bank know you will be making a large purchase to Nu Skin on a specified date.  


What do I need to do in order to purchase for someone else?

The person for whom you are purchasing or whose credit card you are using MUST properly fill out and sign the Product Order/Credit Card Authorization Form, which grants you the right to purchase under their account or use their credit card. You must have their prior written approval on the Product Order/Credit Card Authorization Form. Nu Skin has the right to request the Product Order/Credit Card Authorization Form at any time if it believes there is suspicious activity related to the purchase.


How many products can I purchase?

Each promotion code is valid for purchasing 1 package.


Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, tracking information will be available for each order on the Order Status page.


How long will it take to process my order?

Please allow 4 hours processing time.


When will the site open?

The online offering will be available October 19th at 10am MT.


If my credit card is declined will I be able to fix the problem?

If you receive a notice that your credit card payment has been declined, please go to the Order Status page. You will see the order with a Failed status and will have the option to edit your credit card information.    


Why do I have a Reference Number and an Order Number?

The Reference Number is generated at the time you submit your order and can be used to track the status of your order.  The Order Number is generated once your order has been processed and can also be used to track your order.
