LIVE! Check-In

  • What’s LIVE! Check-In? Why do I need to do it?

    LIVE! Check-In is where you’ll pick up your name badge, which is essential to gaining access to all events, to purchasing product onsite, to determining your arena seating, etc. Plus, when you check in, you’ll receive vouchers for anything you pre-purchased, like the bus ride to the Provo Experience, a seat at the Force for Good Gala, or your woven and LED Force for Good bracelets. You’ll also get some YouRev-themed items, like notebooks and a bag, along with a lanyard for your badge and a translation device.

  • Where do I check in?

    Check-In is located in the Ballroom at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

  • I lost my badge. Can I get a replacement?

    Yes, but lost badges will only be replaced once and for a fee of US$25. Replacement badges will be printed where you received your original badge—in the Salt Palace Ballroom. A staff member will help you print a replacement.

  • Can I register onsite for LIVE!?

    No—the event is completely sold out.

  • My name’s incorrect on my badge. Can I get it changed?

    Yes! Just head to the Ballroom in the Salt Palace (where you originally got your badge). A staff member will help you print a replacement.

  • What can I purchase at LIVE!?

    Get ready for some amazing new products and cool LIVE! Merch that will only be available at LIVE! Visit LIVE! Products to discover the full lineup.

  • What is LIVE! Merch?

    LIVE! Merch is the Nu Skin LIVE! version of cool branded merchandise that you can get only onsite at LIVE!

  • What LIVE! Merch will be available?

    You’re going to like this part. We’ll have bags, clothes, keychains, adorable plushies, and more.

  • The products at LIVE! are amazing! Where can I buy them once LIVE! is over?

    We know! We’re pretty excited about them, too! But some products sold at LIVE! are test products, and we’ll only be selling them during the event. You can purchase the other products after LIVE!, but timing will depend on your market. You can only purchase LIVE! Merch onsite at the event.

  • What are LIVE! test products?

    We’re always working on new innovative product concepts, and LIVE! is the perfect place to share them with our global sales leader base. Because we’ll be gauging and “testing” out your interest, these products will only be offered at LIVE! So if you love something, be sure to tell us in the product survey we’ll be emailing out after LIVE! Based on your feedback, we may decide to launch it in your market!

  • Can I purchase existing Nu Skin products at LIVE!?

    Sorry, but no. The Provo Innovation Center Product Store will be closed during LIVE! (will reopen on Saturday, October 14), and the Product Experience Area and Product Store at the Salt Palace will not be offering existing Nu Skin products.


    The only exceptions to this are three Epoch Essential Oils kits. See Onsite Purchases below for more information.

  • How do I purchase LIVE! products and LIVE! Merch?

    There are two ways to get your LIVE! products and LIVE! Merch:

    • Preordering

      To guarantee you get your LIVE! products, you can order two different product kits before LIVE! using the preorder website. During preordering, products will not be sold separately, and LIVE! Merch will not be available. See “Preordering” for more information.

    • Onsite Purchasing

      All products and LIVE! Merch will be available in the Product Experience Area and Product Store. See Onsite Purchasing for more information.

  • What are the Product Experience Area and Product Store?

    The Product Experience Area and Product Store in the Salt Palace are your destinations for all products at LIVE!


    In the Product Experience Area, you’ll learn more about the new products through a fun and immersive experience. While at the nearby Product Store, you’ll be able to purchase products available during LIVE!, get your LIVE! Merch, and pick up any product kits you’ve preordered.

  • Are there any promotions for spending a certain amount?

    Absolutely! For every $400 USD you spend, you’ll receive a free Epoch Lemon Essential Oil (while supplies last).

  • Will I earn PSV and CSV on LIVE! product purchases?

    Yes, though not on the sharing bonus portion. However, as Mainland China operates under a separate business model and compensation plan, Sales Leaders from Mainland China will not receive sales compensation for product purchases at LIVE!. Please contact your market for more market-specific information.


  • What is Nu Skin LIVE! Live Stream?

    LIVE! is going to be the biggest event of the year, and we want as many people to enjoy it with us as possible—even those who aren’t able to make it to Salt Lake City. So this year we’re introducing global, online live streaming of some of LIVE!’s greatest moments. All you need is an internet- and video-enabled device, and you’ll be able to participate in LIVE! right from your home, office, or even on-the-go.

  • Who can live stream Nu Skin LIVE!?

    Nu Skin’s salesforce and employees should be able to access the live stream site.

  • How do I access live streaming?

    All you need to access live streaming is your account ID (or access code) and an email address. Yes—it’s that easy.

    Please note: If you share your account ID and that person signs in before you do, you may be blocked from accessing the live stream event. Please review the terms of use of the third-party provider before sharing your account ID.

  • When can I access the live stream?

    The live stream site goes live on September 18. Log in early to see content already available and to ensure you don’t have any login issues come October 11!


    If you recently signed up as a new distributor during September 2017, you can begin logging in on October 5.

  • My account ID isn’t working! I can’t access the live stream—help!

    Don’t worry! Contact your local market for support.

  • I don’t have a account ID. Can I still watch the live stream?

    No—not by yourself. However, you’re more than welcome to watch the live stream with someone who does have an account ID.

  • What parts of LIVE! can I watch via live stream?

    We’ll have big events streaming every night of LIVE! Mark these dates and times on your calendar so you don’t miss out:

  • I couldn’t watch one of the LIVE! events as it aired live. Does that mean I missed it?

    No worries! We realize that the LIVE! event schedule might not be ideal for everyone around the world. So if you miss any of the sessions, you can watch them as on-demand content whenever you want. But due to contractual limits, the Force for Good Benefit Concert with Maroon 5 and the Power of Music Evening with Hans Zimmer will only be available on demand for 48 hours after each performance.


    Note: To comply with the internet regulations in Mainland China, the live stream homepage experience is slightly different for Mainland Chinese viewers and will not have the video on-demand feature; content can only be viewed live.

  • Do I have to pay to live stream LIVE!?

    Nope! It’s completely free. As long as you have your account ID or access code, along with an email address, you’ll be able to watch.

  • What browsers are supported for viewing the live stream?
    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Safari 8 or higher
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Internet Explorer 11 or higher
  • What mobile devices are supported?
    • iOS 6 or greater
    • Android 4.2.2 or greater
  • What are the required internet connection speeds?
    • Download speed of at least 1.5Mbps is required to watch Medium quality video.
    • Download speed of at least 5Mbps is required to watch HD quality video.
    • Network Ports 1935, 80, and 443 should be open for inbound traffic.
    • Hardwired, dedicated internet connection is recommended for best viewing experience
  • How do I set the video quality?

    The default video quality selection is “auto.” The player will automatically select an appropriate quality based on your available download bandwidth.


    If you wish to force a specific quality, you can do so by clicking the quality menu on the bottom right of the player and clicking the specific quality of your choice. Please note that if your available download bandwidth is insufficient for the selected quality, the player will buffer until the required download bandwidth is available again, making for an undesirable viewing experience. Excessive buffering is a symptom of insufficient bandwidth, so please select “Auto” or a lower quality.

  • How do I select the audio volume?

    You can adjust your volume by hovering over the speaker icon on the bottom left corner of the video player. To toggle mute on and mute off, simply click the speaker icon.

  • Are there any other terms and conditions that apply to my use of the Nu Skin LIVE! live stream?

    Yes. Please review the Nu Skin LIVE! mobile event app terms and conditions for more information regarding the live streaming of some events. Additionally, please note that you are responsible to pay all fees charged by your wireless service provider, if any, for the services and any associated data usage charges to live stream the events. We and our providers make no warranty (i) against interference of your enjoyment of the live streaming; (ii) that the live streaming will be functional, uninterrupted, error-free or bug-free, or meet your requirements,  or (iii) that any errors, bugs, or failures in the live streaming will be corrected.

  • Can I watch LIVE! in my language?

    Yes! Below the live stream player, you can use the [language link] to select your language. Please note this will only change the language in the live stream player. To change the language on the rest of the page, you will have to use a translation tool. 

  • Is there a live stream website in my language?

    Unfortunately, there are not multiple translations of the live stream website. However, you CAN use a translation add-on, extension, or app to see the website content in your language. Here are some ways to translate the live stream website into your language: 

    Google Chrome can translate pages into your language if you have the feature enabled. To enable the translation feature: 

    1. Open Chrome
    2. At the top right, click the More  icon> Settings.
    3. At the bottom of the page, click Advanced. 
    4. Expand Languages. 
    5. Turn Offer to translate pages in this language on.

    Internet Explorer can also translate pages into your language if you have the Google Toolbar add-on. To get Google Toolbar:

    1. Go to
    2. Follow the steps listed on the site to download the add-on.
    3. When you restart your browser, enable the Google Toolbar.

    The Google Toolbar will appear at the top of the browser. Google Toolbar will automatically offer to translate pages that are not in your language.


    Safari is able to translate pages through a Bing app or an extension depending on your device. If you’re using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: 

    1. Download the BingTranslator app.
    2. Open the live stream site in Safari.
    3. Open the Share Sheet.
    4. Under More options, select Bing Translator.


    If you’re using a Mac:

    1. Install the Translate Safari Extension. The Translate button will appear next to the Search Bar at the top of the screen.  
    2. Open the live stream site in Safari.
    3. Click the Translate button.

Nu Skin LIVE! Event App

  • What is the Nu Skin LIVE! Event App? Why should I download it?

    This app is your hub for all things LIVE! Whether you want to explore our amazing lineup of LIVE! products, access the live stream, share photos of your LIVE! experience, or donate to our Force for Good Foundation, we have an app for that. LIVE! attendees will also be able to log in to see important event information.

  • Where can I download it the app?

    Search for “NS LIVE” or “Nu Skin LIVE” in your device’s app store to download it.

  • How do I log in?

    If you are a registered LIVE! attendee, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and then click “log in.” Enter the email you used for registration as your login and your registration confirmation number as your password.

  • What if I’m not attending LIVE! in Salt Lake City? Should I still download the event app?

    Of course! The app is designed to immerse you in the LIVE! experience, whether you’re in Salt Lake City or located anywhere else around the globe. With the app, you can participate in Force for Good donations, share your photos, watch the live stream, and more.

  • When can I register?
    • Team Elites: June 1, 2017
    • Ruby+: June 6, 2017
    • General Registration: June 8, 2017

    Registration will open at 5 p.m. (MDT) on the days indicated above.


    Yes, you do need to be a registered Nu Skin sales leader. Because we have incredible entertainment lined up, along with workshops focused on helping our sales leaders build their businesses, our limited spaces are only available to registered sales leaders. A sales leader ID will be required to access and complete the registration form.


    Each account is limited to two tickets.


    Nu Skin LIVE! is going to be sensational! To create such an amazing experience that you can enjoy with like-minded individuals, we’re making it exclusive. So credentials are required to enter any of the LIVE! events. When you register your guest, they’ll also receive a badge allowing them access into the event areas.


    Until midnight on June 12, you can buy tickets for only $199 USD! After June 12, the price will increase to $299 USD.

  • I need to cancel my registration. How do I do that?

    Simply go to our registration site (click on the “Register Now” button found at, and click on “Modify Registration.” To sign in, you’ll need your reference number, which can be found in your registration confirmation email. You’ll then be able to cancel your registration for a $50 USD non-refundable fee up until 30 days before the event. Keep in mind that you will not be able to transfer tickets.


  • When should I fly in?

    To fully enjoy all we have in store for you, we recommend you book your flights to arrive in Salt Lake City (SLC) on either Monday, October 9 or Tuesday, October 10, and to depart from SLC on Saturday, October 14.

  • Where should I stay?

    We’ve set up some discounted rates for you at some of the hotels near the LIVE! events. But there’s a limited number of discounted rooms, so don’t wait to book your room! You can get a discounted price right after you’ve registered for LIVE!—a link will be available only at the end of your registration process. So don’t miss out! Otherwise, you’re free to book a room on your own. Keep in mind, only one reservation can be made per account.

  • Which airport should I fly into?

    We recommend flying into the Salt Lake City International Airport (Code: SLC), which is located only about 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake.

  • Can I get a discount on a flight to LIVE!?

    Yes! If you fly with Delta, you can get a special discount. To book your discounted flights, go to, select “Book Your Flight,” and then enter the Meeting Code NMPVD in the box provided. Or call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111 and use the Meeting Code NMPVD (note: a direct ticketing charge will apply for booking by phone). The meeting fare discounts are available for travel anytime during October 4–19, 2017 and are applicable for both domestic and international flights.

  • How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

    You’ve got several options:

    • Some hotels provide a shuttling service and reservations can be made by calling the hotel.
    • Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area and cost about $20 USD.
    • FrontRunner/Trax is a public transportation option that costs about $2.50 USD and can be boarded outside Terminal 1. For more information, go to

LIVE! (SLC) Experience

  • Can I buy products for my downline?

    Sorry, but no. We’ve got a limited number of exclusive products at LIVE!, so you’ll only be able to purchase products with the ID number on your name badge. And remember, only two products per account.

  • What about seating?

    Your leadership title will determine your seating in the Vivint Smart Home Arena—the location of the general sessions, recognition, and the entertainment. Unfortunately, because so many people will be attending LIVE!, we can’t accommodate any special requests for seat assignments.

  • Am I allowed to bring my children?

    If your children are two years old or younger, then you can bring them without having registered them for LIVE!. But if they are three years old or older, then they must be registered to be allowed in.

Provo Experience

  • Can I go on a corporate tour in Provo?

    Yes! We’d love for you to visit our stunning Innovation Center in Provo. This year, you don’t need to register for tours. But if you’d like a ride from Salt Lake to Provo, then once you’ve registered for LIVE!, you can sign up for a bus time. Be sure to keep a look out for updates on what you’ll experience at our Innovation Center.

  • How do I get to Provo?

    Don’t worry—it’s easy! Go back to our registration site, and click “modify registration.” You’ll need the email you used for registration, of course, but then just pick a time that’s available for a ride on the Nu Skin bus. Keep in mind, though tours are free, a roundtrip ride to Provo and back to Salt Lake costs $30 USD per person.

  • What is the bus schedule?

    Buses leave every half hour from Salt Lake to Provo during the times below:

    Tuesday, October 10, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

    Wednesday, October 11, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.


    Buses will leave from Provo back to Salt Lake every half hour during the times below:

    Tuesday, October 10, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.

    Wednesday, October 11, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • Will the tour ushers speak my language?

    We’ll have a number of bilingual employee volunteers who will guide you along the tour route. However, not all languages will be available during all the tour hours. However, we’ll have tour signs available in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean. For additional translations, be sure to download an app that scans QR codes on your phone.

  • Will I be able to buy product in Provo?

    Sorry, you’ll only be able to buy products in Salt Lake City. But we’ll have quite a few exclusive products available, so be sure to save some space in your suitcase!
