By participating in the Nu Skin Subscription Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Nu Skin Subscription Program which are incorporated by reference, and the terms and conditions of the Nu Skin Rewards Program (these “Terms”) which are described herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Nu Skin Subscription Program and the Nu Skin Rewards Program.
- Membership Eligibility and Overview
- The Nu Skin Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by Nu Skin Enterprises Philippines, LLC (“Company”, “Nu Skin,” “we,” “our” or “us”). Only individuals who are legal residents of Philippines, at least 18 years or older, and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to participate in the Program. Only eligible persons (who currently are Nu Skin Members registered with Nu Skin and Brand Affiliates (excluding Brand Affiliates with a pin title of qualifying brand representative or higher), subject to such amendments as announced by Nu Skin from time to time), who participate in the Nu Skin Subscription Program are eligible to participate in the Program. Purchase is necessary through subscription to join the Program.
- Those who are eligible to be enrolled in the Program will automatically join this Program upon their enrolment in the Nu Skin Subscription Program. These Terms may be changed or modified by Nu Skin at any time. You should review these Terms and the related FAQs frequently to understand the Terms that apply to the Program as they may change. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
- Program Enrolment
Those who are eligible to be enrolled in the Program will automatically be enrolled in the Program by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Nu Skin Subscription Program and agreeing to purchase a subscription order utilizing any of the official channels offered by Nu Skin to do so.
- Nu Skin Rewards - Overview
- The Program is intended to provide rewards for loyal and eligible customers who purchase products through the Nu Skin Subscription Program. These rewards may include the best possible pricing offered by Nu Skin, product coupons or vouchers for the future purchase of eligible Nu Skin products, and other benefits that may include samples, and other promotional items. You may earn these rewards when subscription orders are fulfilled.
- Your rewards will be linked to your Nu Skin ID.
- Program participants will receive rewards only for eligible subscription purchases of Nu Skin products. Not all product purchases are eligible to receive rewards.
- Reward vouchers are coupons that are valid until the specified expiration date which will be noted in the voucher’s T&Cs or in the communication issued by Nu Skin. Rewards may expire before the specified expiration date if your Subscription Program is terminated. Further details are described in Section 5 of these Terms.
- Products are offered for purchase while supplies last. We may make substitutions of the products in our sole discretion. In the event a product ordered in connection with the Program arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is missing from your order, please contact Nu Skin Customer Service.
- Program rewards, including vouchers, may not be transferred, shared, or combined with other promotions. Rewards may only be used by the Nu Skin Rewards account holder who earned them. Nu Skin Rewards, including vouchers, may be combined with other Rewards vouchers at redemption, where specified.
- Rewards, including vouchers, earned through the Program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Balances and/or vouchers credited to your Nu Skin Rewards account may be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if all or part of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent activity, manipulation of Nu Skin’s compensation plan, or any other activity that violates these Terms. You may not game or manipulate the Program in any way to unfairly earn rewards or help others to earn rewards. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards or benefits offered through the Program, other than by Nu Skin, is expressly prohibited.
- Except as specifically stated in these Terms, rewards, including vouchers, cannot be exchanged, or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund of cash or cash equivalent after their redemption.
- The products and services available through the Program, including any samples that we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase and/or receive from us through the Program. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms.
- We are not responsible for rewards lost or received due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
- We reserve the right to change this Program, Program rewards, the way rewards are earned, and/or how they may be redeemed. We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases or activities eligible for the Program. We reserve the right to limit the number or types of rewards you may receive in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. We also reserve the right to place limits on how rewards are used, including the way vouchers are used and how and when they can be used.
- If you have concerns that a purchase was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Nu Skin Customer Service. If you communicate with Customer Service via letter or email, your message must specify your name, Nu Skin ID number, email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This message must be sent no more than forty-five (45) days after the date the purchase or other Program activity took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to your account.
- Shipping charges apply to purchases made using vouchers or coupons offered and earned with this Program.
- Program Communications
- When you are eligible for joining the Program and are enrolling into a Nu Skin Subscription Program, you will be enrolled in this Program and will be automatically subscribed to receive, and you consent to receive, Nu Skin emails related to providing you with the Program services.
- You may opt out of receiving Program-related communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included with such communications. If you opt out of Program-related communications, you will no longer receive communications regarding your Program status, or the Program rewards or benefits that may be available to you.
- Termination and Modification
- This Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate these Terms, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
- We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your account at any time. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Program rewards, including vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, currently existing or as might be introduced at a later time, may result in the revocation of your membership of this Program and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your account for this Program or the Nu Skin Subscription Program is terminated, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.
- If you decide you no longer want to participate in the Program, terminating your Subscription Program (at any time) will terminate your participation in the Program. If you terminate your Subscription Program, you will lose subscription benefits and/or other rewards, however you may redeem any unused vouchers you have received through the expiration date noted on the voucher.
