Nu Skin Enterprises Philippines LLC (“Nu Skin Philippines”, “us” or “we”) is organizing the Promotion, which will be held from 09 November 2024 (10 am) to 11 November 2024 (11.59 pm) (the “Promotion Period”) unless otherwise specified.

These terms and conditions adopt the definitions and abbreviations found in your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Velocity Sales Performance Plan (also known as “Velocity®”), and the Nu Skin Policies and Procedures (Philippines).

Your participation in this Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You may withdraw from this Promotion by notifying us in writing at any time.

1. To participate in this Promotion, you must be a Brand Affiliate registered with Nu Skin Philippines.

Promotion Mechanics

1. This Promotion applies only to 11% Discount Voucher promo (the “Eligible Promo”):
2. The Eligible Products may be purchased via Nu Skin Philippines’ website at www.nuskin.com.ph and paid for using the following modes of payment:
   1. Visa/Mastercard; or
   2. GCash
   3. Debit Card

2. BDO or HSBC instalment (PHP5,000 and above only)

Orders processed via NS Order Viber can only be paid thru back transfer on the following details:

4. Any breach of any terms and conditions of this Promotion, Velocity, the Policies and Procedures, and the Brand Affiliate Agreement including the International Sponsor Agreement and the Resident Market Product Purchase Agreement, can result in you being disqualified from taking part in the Promotion. In the event of your disqualification, Nu Skin Philippines has the right to seek recovery of all Gift(s) and Reward claimed by you in any manner that Nu Skin Philippines deems fit.
5. This Promotion is without prejudice to the terms and conditions you are bound to follow as a Nu Skin Brand Affiliate. Accordingly, in the event that you are disqualified or deemed ineligible for such Gift(s) or Reward received, Nu Skin Philippines reserves the right to claim the value of such Gift(s) or Reward received by you.

General Terms and Conditions

6. Your entitlement to the Gift(s) and Reward is based on the PSV in a single invoice and no combination of invoices is allowed.
7. The Gift(s) and Reward are available only while stocks last.
8. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Nu Skin Philippines’ collection, use and disclosure of your personal data with us, including your name, email address, and photographs, for the purposes of administering and promoting this Promotion. Such purposes include the advertising, marketing, and promotion of this Promotion to the public and the distribution of the Gift(s).
9. You also agree that:
   1. You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, Velocity, the Policies and Procedures, and the Brand Affiliate Agreement.
   2. You must be in good standing as a Nu Skin Brand Affiliate to be able to participate in this Promotion; and
   3. You are responsible to keep yourself updated on any changes, amendments or variations to the Promotion rules or these terms and conditions.
10. In respect of the Gift(s) and Reward, you agree that:
    1. They are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
    2. You are personally and solely responsible for any expenses or taxes incurred or which may be incidental to receiving and winning them;
    3. They do not carry Sales Volume, Personal Sales Volume and/or Commissionable Sales Volume; and
    4. Nu Skin Philippines has the absolute discretion to change or substitute the Gift(s) or Reward with other items of equivalent value without prior notice.
11. All requests for refund in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy in accordance with the Policies and Procedure. Purchase under the Promotion must be returned together with the free Gift(s) and/or Reward in an unopened and resaleable condition. You agree that Nu Skin Philippines may at its sole discretion, deduct your refund amount in accordance with the value of the free Gift(s)/Reward.
12. It shall be in Nu Skin Philippines’ absolute discretion and Nu Skin Philippines has the unfettered right to do all things it deems fit in respect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the determination and/or performance of the following:
    1. Change, amend or vary the Promotion rules or the terms and conditions in any way which Nu Skin Philippines deems fit, without notice to you;
    2. Disqualifying you from taking part in the Promotion or forfeiting the Gift(s) for any reasons whatsoever;
    3. Terminating and suspending this Promotion at Nu Skin Philippines’ absolute discretion, without any prior notice. Such termination or suspension shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against Nu Skin Philippines for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of termination or suspension.
13. Nu Skin Philippines’ decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding, and Nu Skin Philippines is not bound to give any reasons for its determination in relation to any matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion.
14. To the fullest extent of applicable law, Nu Skin Philippines shall not, in any way, be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with the Promotion, the Gift(s) and/or the Reward however arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the Gift(s), or any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment.
15. The terms of this Promotion incorporate the relevant terms and conditions of your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, and the Velocity® Sales Performance Plan. Accordingly, any dispute in respect of this Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with Chapter.
