Amidst U.S. Census Bureau reports of American median household income falling 4.2 percent between 2007 and 2009, Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. today announced that it now has more than 700 distributors who have earned $1 million or more in commissions over the lifetime of their Nu Skin business. In 2010, a new distributor was welcomed to the company’s Million Dollar Circle every six days on average*.

“Nu Skin’s mission is to empower people to improve lives,” said Truman Hunt, Nu Skin president and chief executive officer. “This recent milestone is another demonstration of the rewarding and continually compelling business opportunity we offer at Nu Skin and supports our vision to generate more income for our distributors than any other direct selling company. It is also a testament to our innovative anti-aging products, uplifting corporate culture and particularly to the quality of our distributors who choose to devote their time and talents to building a Nu Skin business.”

Jan Anderson of Georgetown, Texas, and her husband Jerry, are some of the newest members of Nu Skin’s Million Dollar Circle. The couple, both former financial planners, became Nu Skin distributors in 2007. Mrs. Anderson attributes her success to consistent, daily effort.

“Building my Nu Skin business is part of my daily routine; I work at it each day, six days a week,” commented Mrs. Anderson. “Success in this business isn’t about being first in a company, but about finding the best –the best product, a strong company, best culture of integrity and the best business plan to offer a fair compensation.”

The Andersons now have one of more than 700 distributor businesses in the Nu Skin Million Dollar Circle, a group of top performers that include distributors from 29 countries and whose ages range from 18 to 92.
