Nu Skin Recognized for Accelerated Growth

Utah Business Names Nu Skin One of Utah’s Fastest Growing Companies

R. Woods

Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. was named a Utah Business magazine Fast 50 company for the second consecutive year. The recognition as one of Utah’s 50 fastest growing companies comes on the heels of Nu Skin’s third consecutive year of record revenue, reaching $1.54 billion in 2010.

“We are pleased to be recognized for our accelerated growth, which we attribute to our talented global distributor force and remarkable corporate team who consistently demonstrate their passion for our anti-aging products, force for good culture, and the compelling business opportunity we offer,” said Truman Hunt, Nu Skin president and chief executive officer. “We look forward to welcoming more than 12,000 of our top international distributor leaders to Salt Lake City this October for our bi-annual global convention where we will celebrate their achievements and launch two new exclusive ageLOC anti-aging products.”

Nu Skin is currently ranked in the top 10 of the world’s largest direct selling companies. Hunt noted, however, that Nu Skin’s vision for growth is not only tied to increased revenue, but is also focused on generating more income for its distributors than any other company. In 2010, Nu Skin paid $646 million in distributor commissions.

In 2011, Nu Skin is on track for another strong year with company shares trading at an all-time high. The company recently reported record quarterly revenue, announced a 19 percent increase in quarterly dividend and raised its 2011 annual revenue guidance to $1.655 to $1.675 billion.
