Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Innovation Center

Construction Officially Begins on World-Class Building

Approximately 600 employees, distributors and community members attended today’s groundbreaking ceremony for the Nu Skin Innovation Center. Speakers included Blake Roney, Truman Hunt, Provo City Mayor John Curtis and Utah Governor Gary Herbert. Team Elites Wang, Kuan-Ming and Chen, Ming-Chu, Masayuki and Tamako Kishimoto, and Pat and Marguerite Sung also participated in the ceremonial breaking of the ground. They were chosen for having made significant contributions to the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation.

“This is a very exciting project for both Nu Skin and Provo,” said Mayor Curtis. “Nu Skin is a key stakeholder in our downtown, and we’re all benefiting from its success, which it’s using to invest in both its future and ours,”

The Innovation Center will bring a majority of the company’s corporate employees to a single location and will house Nu Skin’s world-class research and development laboratory, network operations center, modern meeting space, distributor recognition areas, retail space and a café, as well as open green space on the campus.

“We are pleased to be moving forward in our planned development project that will feature a new Innovation Center and expanded downtown campus," said Truman. "This is a significant project that will help us foster an innovative environment to support a continual stream of cutting-edge anti-aging products and compelling business opportunities for our distributors.”
