Nu Skin’s Retire Ready program is designed to help employees prepare for a healthy financial future through savings programs and education. 

 

Nu Skin’s 401K Plan is one way employees can save for their future.  Nu Skin offers a generous employer match and short vesting schedule.  The 401K Plan offers both traditional pre-tax and after-tax Roth savings options, and employees may annually contribute up to the IRS limits.  All regular employees are automatically enrolled in the 401K Plan on the first of the month following or coinciding with their hire date.

 

The Health Savings Plan (HSA) allows employees to set aside money for health care expenses that may be incurred in the current plan year or in the future, with the Company matching a portion of the total that can be set aside each year under IRS limits.  Once a participant’s has reached a minimum balance, the HSA offers a variety of investment options as a way to manage plan assets.

 

The Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) provides a third savings option for individuals who meet the IRS’ definition of Highly Compensated Employees.  The DCP allows participants to defer a portion of their salary or bonuses into the plan on a tax-deferred basis, above the IRS limits placed on 401K Plans.

Nu Skin employees are offered financial education through training programs, onsite events and 1on1 discussions with financial professionals.  These programs are made available to all employees at no cost.

 

Nu Skin’s Nu Health program is designed to help employees improve their health and wellbeing through benefits programs and education. 

 

Nu Skin offers health care coverage to full time employees and their eligible dependents, starting the month following their hire.  The Company offers both traditional and HSA-qualified High Deductible medical plans, dental and vision coverage, and Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.  Nu Skin also offers qualifying employees access to Supplemental Health benefits, Short- and Long-Term Disability benefits, Life Insurance and more.  All employees are provided mental health support through the Employee Assistance Program.

 

The Company’s Nu Health program provides employees with annual biometric health screens, access to onsite fitness coaches, and financial incentives for participating in wellness initiatives.  The Innovation Center location boasts a fully-functional 24-Hour Fitness Center and exercise classes offered weekly.
