We have introduced more Expressive ways to use SangBleu Kingdom, our corporate typeface. Do not use Freeland, Proxima Nova, and Verlag anymore. Use SangBleu Kingdom for short headlines, callouts, and social posts, but not body copy.

Below are expressive ways to use SangBleu Kingdom as an accent font. SangBleu Kingdom should be used in outward facing communications, such as event presentations and marketing content. Use it for short headlines, callouts, and short social post copy. Do not use SangBleu Kingdom for body copy. Please discontinue using Freeland, Signature, Proxima Nova, and Verlag.

SangBleu Kingdom is our stylized and default typeface for headlines. You can use Inter for smaller headlines and body copy, and you can also use it in ALL CAPS when necessary.

The use of the circle with text helps cue science in a holistic, continuous way.

Rather than using shapes over images, a dark rectangle can cover the entire image and set to a low opacity to help light text appear more legible.

The image is the most important part of the design. Text is used to support the message and can be blocked by part of an image, similar to the style seen on magazine covers.

Images are at the forefront, so use text sparingly to support the image.

You can use a white scrim to help text stand out over an image. The white scrim should have a light opacity, allowing the color in the image to show through. This helps the text remain legible.

SangBleu has several weights available. We prefer the lighter weights and rarely would go bolder than the medium font.
