Taking the pills from the box: Open the lid of the appropriate compartment to remove the capsule/tablet.
An empty compartment indicates that the capsule/tablet have been taken for that time period.
Only tablets or capsules which are to be swallowed may be placed in the box.
The Pharmanex Pillbox is suitable for a maximum of 2 day's supply of Pharmanex products. It is not intended as a replacement for the original containers. Do not dispose of the original packaging.
