Frequently Asked Questions
1. I’m a member with Nu Skin but I have never placed any order online or created any web account. Do I need a web account to place order?
Yes. You need to have a web account to log in to place your order.
For members who do not have a web account, visit www.nuskin.com, select your local country website to create a new web account. You will need the following information:
- Nu Skin Brand Affiliate ID
- Email Address
- Password
Each email address will only allow one web account to be created.
2. I have just signed up as a new distributor and have not made my first purchase. Can I use my SEA Nu Skin LIVE! order as a first purchase?
No. SEA Nu Skin LIVE! order(s) will not be considered as first purchase.
3. I have a monthly ARO contract with Nu Skin. Can I use SEA Nu Skin LIVE! Packages/Sales Aids for ARO fulfillment?
No. Your SEA Nu Skin LIVE! Packages/Sales Aids order will not be able to fulfill the monthly ARO. It will be considered as an additional order.
4. Can I purchase and combine regular products (e.g. MarineOmega) together with my SEA Nu Skin LIVE! order?
If you are purchasing SEA Nu Skin LIVE! packages on the SEA Nu Skin LIVE! website, you will not be able to add on regular products like MarineOmega to your order. Regular products will need to be purchased separately on the Nu Skin website.
5. Can I purchase regular products offered in Local Market on SEA Nu Skin LIVE! website?
No. The SEA Nu Skin LIVE! website only offers exclusive SEA Nu Skin LIVE! Packages and Sales Aids.
6. Can I collect the SEA Nu Skin LIVE! Sales Aids in my home country instead of picking up in Singapore?
No. All Sales Aids can only be picked up in Singapore or delivered within Singapore.
7. I want to place an order but wish to only have some packages delivered. Can I pick up some of the SEA Nu Skin LIVE! packages and have the rest delivered?
No. Partial collection or delivery within the same order is strictly not allowed. We recommend you place 2 separate orders – 1 order for pick up and 1 order for delivery.
8. I want to place an order but wish to collect certain SEA Nu Skin LIVE! packages at Convention Site and the rest of my order at Nu Skin Singapore Showcase.
No. Partial collection of the same order is strictly not allowed. We recommend you place 2 separate orders – 1 order for Collection at Convention Site and 1 order for collection at Nu Skin Singapore Showcase. Please be informed that the Nu Skin Singapore Showcase is located at 8 Eu Tong Sen Street, The Central, #25-89, Singapore 059818.
9. I want to make a delivery order with 1 credit card, but the items need to be delivered to 2 different addresses. Can I have different packages or sales aids delivered to 2 separate addresses?
No. There can only be 1 delivery address per order. You can place 2 orders instead with each order addressed to the preferred delivery address.
10. Can I make any amendments after I have completed my order? For example, I would like to pick up my order instead of having it delivered. Or amend the order to place it under another Member’s ID instead of mine?
No amendments may be made after an order has been submitted.
11. Can I get someone to collect my SEA Nu Skin LIVE! order on my behalf?
Yes. You may authorize someone to collect on behalf in Nu Skin Singapore Showcase (The Central- Level 25) or at Convention Center (SINGAPORE EXPO).
For collection-on-behalf, the authorized party will need to provide the sales order number, present his/her NRIC/passport for verification purpose and sign all invoices with your name, NRIC/passport as proof of collection.
12. If I have forgotten my sales order number, can I just provide my ID or NRIC or other information at the collection counter?
No. You are advised to print out or write down the sale order number so as to facilitate your collection. Whether you are collecting the products for yourself or on behalf, you will still need to produce your NRIC/passport for verification purpose.
13. If I am driving up or taking a coach to Singapore for the event, am I still eligible to claim GST tax refund? What are the conditions to claim GST in Singapore?
No. You will only be eligible for GST tax refund if the following criteria are met.
· You present physical passport together with original sale invoice, and made the purchase under your Brand Affiliate ID
· You made a purchase with a minimum spending of SGD100 (including GST) on goods.
· You are leaving Singapore from Changi Airport or Seletar Airport; or are an international cruise passenger leaving from
the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore or the International Passenger Terminal at HarbourFront Centre. If you are leaving Singapore by the Causeway, you are not eligible for
a GST refund.
· You made your purchases within two months from when you apply for a refund.
14. Do I need to claim GST immediately during the event from 12 - 14 July after I have collected my products at Convention Site?
No. You will need to look for our GST counter at Convention Site to obtain documents for your GST claims for submission to Customs. Alternatively, you may proceed to Nu Skin Singapore Showcase (The Central – Level 25) after the event but within 2 months from the date of purchase.
15. What are the modes of payment for online order?
Only Visa and Mastercard will be accepted online. American Express, Diners or JCB cards, NETS and cash are not accepted.
