To further strengthen the Russian Management Team, the following organizational changes have been made.

President and General Manager, Europe - Mikael Linder
Mikael Linder, who is currently living in Moscow and managing the opening of this key market, will become the President and General Manager of the European Region. He has played an important role in Europe for the past five years as the General Manager for Scandinavia. Prior to joining Nu Skin, Mikael garnered excellent experience in the network marketing industry serving in key positions at Oriflame. We are confident that he will work with our European Distributors to continue to support the record levels of growth in the region. He will report to Scott Schwerdt, President, Americas and Europe.

Vice President of Sales, Russia - Becky Cox
Becky Cox received her M.B.A. from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management, and holds a B.A. in Russian Studies. She has worked with Nu Skin Enterprises since 2000. During this time, she has held the position of the Director of Pharmanex Marketing for the US and Senior Director of Marketing for North America. She and her husband both have lived in Moscow for many years and she is committed to helping Russia achieve its growth potential. Becky will report to Mikael Linder, President and General Manager, Europe.
