Nu Skin Enterprises is pleased to announce the appointment of Mikael Linder as its General Manager for Nu Skin Russia, to open early next year. We are pleased Mikael has accepted this position. He has been key to the growth of our Scandinavian markets and is the right person to lead and manage the business in Russia. He has the Company's complete trust and confidence.

In his new role as General Manager for Russia, Mikael Linder brings approximately ten years experience in the direct sales industry. Prior to joining Nu Skin in 2001, Mikael worked for Oriflame International, a Swedish direct selling skin care and cosmetics company, quoted on the Swedish Stock Exchange, with sales in 60 countries worldwide and with a turnover of close to Euro 700 Million during 2004. Mikael joined Oriflame as Legal Adviser for the New Market Development Team and spent approx. 3 years evaluating and opening up markets in Asia, North Africa and parts of Europe. He was then appointed as Managing Director for Oriflame in Sri Lanka, where he built a fully functioning sales company up with 27 employees. In addition to this, he was at the same time involved in establishing the operation for Oriflame in India.

Mikael has earned a Master of Law degree (LLM) from the University of Stockholm and also gone through studies for a Master of Commercial and Corporate Law at the London School of Economics.

The year before Mikael joined as General Manager for Nu Skin's Scandinavian sales company, the revenue was around Euro 7 Million. When Mikael now leaves for his new assignment, the revenue has more than doubled for the Scandinavian Region and today represents approx. 50% of the total revenue generated in Europe. He has been a key contributor in turning Europe into a more efficient and streamlined region.

In the coming couple of months Mikael will be focused on setting up solid support and service function for Nu Skin's Russian operation.
