As the owner of a head-hunter firm for 10 years, Kathleen was extremely familiar with the local employment market. Since the economy downturn, she felt that the burden of employees have been persistently becoming greater and there was no more job security for an employee. Later she realized the unlimited potential of Nu Skin business and would like to be involved. Francis, who was an experienced professional investment banker, saw that Nu Skin was the best platform to develop global business within a short time. He was attracted by this golden opportunity and wished to develop his own network.

Although Kathleen and Francis also have long working hours in Nu Skin, they never felt any pressure at all because they enjoyed it very much and were very clear about their standpoint and mission. Kathleen said, "We consider Nu Skin business as our hobby. We are happy that we can build business with our friends and help people to retrieve life targets and missions. And most importantly, it is us who choose to work. There’s a big difference between choosing to work and being pushed to work." However, she admitted that difficulties and challenges were inevitable but as long as you understand that they were the best trainings paving your way to becoming an elite and follow the footsteps of the teachers, future would not be really difficult. Francis expressed his pity on those not willing to break the shackle of traditional work and explore new opportunities including the huge potential of Nu Skin business and rewards. Nevertheless, he was still confident in the future. Kathleen and Francis set Team Elite as their next target. Besides, they wish to build a "Blue Diamond Village". They will continue to conduct trainings and to develop a joint force and eternal friendship with their Nu Skin friends after retirement.
